Sold my old phone to The Mobile Guru
Sold my old phone to The Mobile Guru. Super easy process. They gave me a quote, I posted the phone to them using the postage label they emailed me, and a couple of days later the money was transferred to my bank account. Easy cash for an unwanted phone. Also good to know that my phone gets a second lease on life.

Beware of their fine print
My phone had never had the screen cover removed but they lowered the price by $100 and said it had excessive screen scratches. Then offered to send it back, but I would have to pay them postage. Ended up getting it to $875, but would never send another phone to them again. They then offer cash back if you leave a positive review…..(guess I will miss out on the $10)

A magic way to sell
Can highly recommend the speed and ease of selling a phone plus prompt payment. Good price paid. For me it beats facebook and others by avoiding contact from the punters.

Be realistic on what you think its worth.
This is the easiest way to sell your old mobile phone, Be realistic and not look at your old phone through rose coloured glasses. My example, I believe this is common. I had a Samsung S20 FE 5, I believed it was in fantastic condition, the online offer of $180 was great but reduced to $90 when they recieved it. So look at your phone as if you are going to buy it. These places take all the risk, so look at phones with a jewlers magnifying glass. I don't blame them, If a friend offered me $50 I would not hessitate. So initially dissapointed , I am happy its sold and I don't have it hanging around. Quick and good communication.

Quick, simple, easy
A really easy, quick process to sell your phone! They give you a ticket to send it in the mail to them for free and when they receive it they contact you very quickly. The whole process was done in a few days, I’m very happy!
