Sold my old phone to The Mobile Guru
Sold my old phone to The Mobile Guru. Super easy process. They gave me a quote, I posted the phone to them using the postage label they emailed me, and a couple of days later the money was transferred to my bank account. Easy cash for an unwanted phone. Also good to know that my phone gets a second lease on life.
Great service
They gave a quote. Reviewed and approved the quote day after I sent it. Paid the next day. Very smooth interaction.

Positive experience
Positive experience, which was easier than expected. Best price given for my device after checking multiple businesses. Very quick process from sending device, to receiving payment. Excellent communication through out the whole transaction. Highly recommend.

Traded in my M1 Macbook and get a good value! Payment was made swiftly after I contacted them - my bad for being a rather impatient customer ;) Generally, staff called me back after I failed to call them at the first time! Polite and Profesional!

My first time using Mobile Guru recommended by a friend. It was a positive experience from start to finish. I sent in my Mobile with the prepaid express post label and in just 2 days the team assessed and offered me price. I am totally satisfied with the service

Compared a few trade-in websites before landing on this one. For my galaxy S21 in fair condition, MG offered the highest compensation. Process was easy, Boxed the phone myself and visited Aus post to print the postage sticker. Took a few days, but then received an email offer confirming the phone was in condition that I had claimed. After accepting the offer, funds were deposited into my PalPal account within a couple of days. Would do again, to help offset cost of new phone.
