Fast service as usual
Ordered items online. They gave the option to have it sent to the post office. Delivery was refused by the post office. When I went to query this with them they said the fragrance shop didn't use the correct click and collect address. Its been over 12 days and I have still had no update. No refund for items I havent received. When I emailed them they said up to 18days!! When I explained i have never received the items as it was refused delivery. Some how they are not comprehending this. And still not refunding me for something I have never received. Really not happy for something which was not my error or my fault. And im still waiting for my money and no updates at all.
Parcel delivered to wrong address and customer services were shocking! Despite the picture provided by courier not matching my property still failed to refund to the point I had to go to my bank and report it!
Last year my partner asked me to grab him an aftershave, so I went in and as I paid the lady serving me asked for my email to sign me up to their membership emails - no mention of this being at a cost, it was simply to get a small discount on the day. I was then emailed about the renewal coming up and that it was £15 and if I didn’t want to renew then I need to email. So I emailed to cancel and they STILL took the £15, I then emailed asking for a refund to be told it would be back in 5-10 days, didn’t receive the refund so chased and have now been ignored. I’ve seen other reviews about this so my advice is to be careful trusting them with your bank details!
