Item was never received and fighting for my refund
Ordered items online. They gave the option to have it sent to the post office. Delivery was refused by the post office. When I went to query this with them they said the fragrance shop didn't use the correct click and collect address. Its been over 12 days and I have still had no update. No refund for items I havent received. When I emailed them they said up to 18days!! When I explained i have never received the items as it was refused delivery. Some how they are not comprehending this. And still not refunding me for something I have never received. Really not happy for something which was not my error or my fault. And im still waiting for my money and no updates at all.
