The assistant served us was chewing gum which was not nice when serving a customer was going to walk away also if I ordered online the order came with a free bag was not offered or given an explanation why there was no free bag

My daughter wanted something nice with a specific fragrance for Christmas. She wanted to shop here as they have a variety of fragrances. She told the assistant what she liked and the assistant found a fragrance to match what she was after.
