I ordered 7 items online from Fragrance Direct and when the order came there was only 3 of the items and no delivery note. I presumed the items would be coming in a separate package but nothing arrived! I contacted the company on line and they informed me my package was delivered to which I said it was incomplete with £64 of products not received!! Despite me constantly contacting the company several times I have not received the rest of my order or received a satisfactory reply in-fact their response is minimal! I have also tried to access the app and it won’t let me in or reset my password despite me contacting them several times about that as well Absolutely disgusting service and they are taking no accountability for their actions for not sending the order! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I went into the store and asked about a Jimmy Choo Flash perfume. The lady at the dumfries store was helpful and explained the different sizes and prices. I ordered online and it turned up quickly.

Paid 120 in store for a 100ml sauvage but took it back as you can get a 300ml refill for 144 which was delivered within a couple of days and came with free items
