It basically works BUT

It basically works, which was a surprise. I got my test early using the auto-book option—but there’s one big but. The system booked the test only two hours before it was scheduled to take place. It was pure luck that I happened to be near my PC and saw the email right away. I had just enough time to get to the test center, and luckily a car was available too. Everything aligned, and I managed to pass the test—but again, it was pure luck. A two-hour notice is not what you’d typically expect.

A SCAM -- CONTACT YOUR BANK as you are never getting anywhere with them

Firstly, the fact that they say no hidden fees is misleading. I keep on getting notifications of "available" test slots when I try to access them (literally seconds after the email lands), they are magically unavailable. But you can add then priority and super priority if you want, which means paying them more than GBP 150 for a test. Secondly, they are not responsive and if you wait for their response on their timelines, they come back asking for more account information - that they should know as you are sending them an email...! - which means that you will have to wait for another 5 working days for a response. Lastly, as part of their terms is that you need to confirm with your driving instructor that they can also attend, which realistically is not feasible as the test slots disappear immediately (or they were not available at the first instance). All in all, this seems like a scam so I am contacting my bank for recovering payment and flagging the service as fraudulent. DO NOT USE

This system only offers last minute tests that are often gone even if I click the link immediately when I receive the email. I needed to use my instructors car for the test so it was 5 months before I could have 5 mins to check with the instructor (who responded immediately) and even press the “Accept” button. Then I was told that the test was cancelled anyway. I also paid for the upgrade package thinking that would help and after about a month was reverted back to the original basic package. Customer assistance is non existent. I can’t emphasize how much you should NOT give this company your money.

Test Ultimate is a scam

Test Ultimate is a scam, and I urge the UK government and DVSA to intervene and protect others from this deceitful scheme. They took my money and have since blocked my account , making it impossible for me to contact them. Please, do not fall into this trap. Stay vigilant and share this message to prevent others from being victimized.

(100%) Best Driving Test Cancellation Website!

Best driving test cancellation site out there! 100% guaranteed to find you a test the next or so for only £50-60, and you don't need to pay £200+ like many scammers out there. I've used Test Ultimate twice, and the first time I used it - I got a test for the next week, which I failed, but paid the same fee and got a new test 2 weeks after. Test Ultimate reserve the tests for you and it normally ranges from 3 minutes to 10 minutes, even a few hours allowing you to confirm or decline any test offers without any hassle. The Pro package is the best package; the Ultimate is honestly a waste of money as you'll still need to pay the normal DVSA fee of £62 on Gov.UK. They really do have the customers in their best interests, so thank you, Test Ultimate.

I've been trying to contact them about a refund/ don't recommend at all

I've been trying to contact them about a refund but can seem to get one or even been able too talk to anyone. Dose anyone one know how too talk to some one higher up too deal with this. Or do i have yo get my lawyer involved i hope not and with what there doing not respond even though ive asked for a call back because seems like no one is working there i dont recommend them at all they need too stop what there doing there customer service is the worst one I've been with

Fraud

Fraud. Scammers. Cheaters. Took two payments of £184 from me then said I was ineligible for a refund so had to go through my bank to get this. Booked me a test for stevenage test centre when that was not my preferred centre. Never sent an email about this to had to find out when logging into DVSA and cancel it myself. Terrible customer service, don't answer the phone and take days to respond to emails. Paid for the highest package and got 0 service. Do not buy from these people they are scammers who will use your license details and also have no way to cancel.

4 hours notice of a test! No response by email when we contacted them to say we can’t make it. Still no response! £125 wasted. Now we need to pay for the test again too. Extremely disappointed

Paid £117 highest priority search

Paid £117 highest priority search. They sent tests for one day only, which I declined because day and time not possible. Now one week still no more offers. Emails back and forth complaining about it, and no tests still. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Do the service you have been paid and well for. Not much to ask is it?
