Kit delivered too late
I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.

Fast delivery and return of results…
Fast delivery and return of results within 3 hours. The instructions were a little confusing, as it asked for a 7 digit TBR number and mine was 6. When I opened a chat, she said that was not the right number, and I would need further support from another member of staff. Turns out the 6 digit number was the one I needed. Alls well that ends well, but did cause a bit of panic, and instructions could be a bit clearer.

Great service and well priced
Great service and well priced. I was nervous to use a new provider but my local provider is ridiculously expensive. I decided to give TestnGo a try and I’m really pleased with their service. Easy to understand, excellent communication and speedy results. Highly recommend.
