Test Cancellations is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service.
After subscribing, upon logging in, I get a message on the website stating that my details are incorrect (Both provisional licence number and my theory test number are correct). I've contacted them via email requesting a refund, no response. Customer service non existent. Now I'm going to report you for fraud and will contact my bank.
Joined the website and entered my details and the very next day I got a message to confirm an earlier test had been booked for me saving me a 62 day wait for one
DOES NOT WORK. DO NOT USE. None of these third party sites are reliable, don’t bother paying. Honestly after trying for so long I’m having to take a hit and pay an excess to book through an instructor anyway. I could’ve saved some money by not bothering to try this website. Just another rubbish third party website that doesn’t work.
This genuinely works. Takes some time but definitely worth it. Great support as well!

This app works! I had some issue at some point, but Peter has been very responsive and we managed in the end to sort it all out and I ended up booking a test several months previous to my initial booking.

In my area getting a test is near-impossible so I was slightly hesitant about using a system like this, but within 4 days Test Cancellations had found me two tests, the second being just 4 days later than the “earliest available date” that I had set. The customer service has been fantastic and I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you!

I was very dubious about spending another £20 trying to move my son’s driving test forward, but it has been well worth it. I’ve been in contact with Peter right from the start and he responded to my email very quickly when I asked to block out our holiday dates as I didn’t want to be offered a slot while we were away. He also answered my concerns when I was offered our first slot in the first 24hrs, I wasn’t sure if that was it or whether I would be offered anything closer, Peter assured me that I would stay on the system and be offered more as they came in and if my son fails his test that the services continues for us. Within the first 5 days, we were offered a slot in 10 days time, our first test date was in January. I call that a fantastic service. Well worth spending the money. Thank you to Peter and test cancellations.

Was a bit worried about it but soo as I payed I got amazing dates for my test when I had an issue I got a reply less than 7hrs after sending it on a Sunday very friendly staff will be recommending them to friends
