Test Cancellations is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service.
After subscribing, upon logging in, I get a message on the website stating that my details are incorrect (Both provisional licence number and my theory test number are correct). I've contacted them via email requesting a refund, no response. Customer service non existent. Now I'm going to report you for fraud and will contact my bank.
Joined the website and entered my details and the very next day I got a message to confirm an earlier test had been booked for me saving me a 62 day wait for one
DOES NOT WORK. DO NOT USE. None of these third party sites are reliable, don’t bother paying. Honestly after trying for so long I’m having to take a hit and pay an excess to book through an instructor anyway. I could’ve saved some money by not bothering to try this website. Just another rubbish third party website that doesn’t work.
This genuinely works. Takes some time but definitely worth it. Great support as well!

You need patience, don't expect cancellations within the day and then proceed to leave negative reviews. I'm unsure if this is the same service I used for my own test 10 years ago (I managed to find a test within a month thanks to these sort of services), however it has not disappointed me whilst using the service to bring my partner's test date closer. It has texted me sporadically when cancellation slots open up, when you text back the word "BOOK" within 10 minutes they automatically reserve the test date for you using the details from your existing driving test booking. Upon booking, it will continue to look for earlier dates if you text back the word "YES" and re book upon your instructions. Honestly cannot fault it whatsoever. 10/10 would recommend IF you have patience and don't expect a test by next week.

After finding the government website absolutely impossible to book a test. Even with a cancellation app that notifies you of cancellations by the time you can get on it they are gone 🤯 I now wish I’d just used test cancellations.com in the 1st place. It would have saved me so much time & stress. Within hours I had a test booked but then decided I wanted one sooner & a few days later I got that too. Without any of the hassle I’d gone through previously. Absolutely magic! Will recommend to everyone trying to book a driving test.

Set it up by accident, never realised after I received an email asking me to contact dvsa, I thought it was because I had just failed my test that day. I thought this platform helped you book another test. Or i wouldnt have set it up. On the day I was stressed I will say that, but on asking fir a refund I've not had a reply. I'm only rating and reviewing on my experience, couldn't tell if it does what it says it does or not. But with what I've experienced, customer service wise. Edit= did not offer refund or reply to another email I sent regarding the DVSA advice advising me to do ask for a refund. I keep all my emails and more than happy to upload. Forgot to upload the one asking for a refund as advised by DVSA, that was not replied to. funny how I recieve an email after I review on trust pilot regarding a refund. Telling me I should have replied to a specific email to obtain a refund. I was going to alter my review but I think I'll leave it here. And using time and date stamps of automated replies "due to covid we are receiving" as actual replies is laughable. Very untrustworthy.

Really great experience with this app, I managed to get my test date brought forward by about six weeks, I had the opportunity to do even sooner but didn't quite feel ready then so I turned that slot down. When they find a cancellation at one of your three chosen centres, they will text you with details of the slot time and place. You then have ten minutes to respond BOOK to secure it. You will then get a confirmation text and they will update the DVSA database for you. Really good app.
