Set it up by accident
Set it up by accident, never realised after I received an email asking me to contact dvsa, I thought it was because I had just failed my test that day. I thought this platform helped you book another test. Or i wouldnt have set it up. On the day I was stressed I will say that, but on asking fir a refund I've not had a reply. I'm only rating and reviewing on my experience, couldn't tell if it does what it says it does or not. But with what I've experienced, customer service wise. Edit= did not offer refund or reply to another email I sent regarding the DVSA advice advising me to do ask for a refund. I keep all my emails and more than happy to upload. Forgot to upload the one asking for a refund as advised by DVSA, that was not replied to. funny how I recieve an email after I review on trust pilot regarding a refund. Telling me I should have replied to a specific email to obtain a refund. I was going to alter my review but I think I'll leave it here. And using time and date stamps of automated replies "due to covid we are receiving" as actual replies is laughable. Very untrustworthy.
