Terrace Cannabis Dispensary - Alton Reviews

Easy to find and always well-stocked. The budtenders are helpful and the quality is consistently good. They have a nice rewards program too which is a plus.

This place has become my regular spot. They're always professional, the products are quality, and I appreciate how they explain everything clearly. Parking could be better but that's a minor issue.

Very professional setup with a welcoming atmosphere. Staff is always friendly and the products are high quality. Been coming here for months and never had a bad experience.

First time visiting and was impressed by how professional everything was. Staff took time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. Will definitely be back.

Good product selection and the staff knows their stuff. Wait times can be long on weekends though, and I wish they had more deals for regular customers. Overall decent experience.

Expected more based on the reviews. Staff seemed distracted and the product I got was pretty dry. Maybe I caught them on an off day but wasn't impressed. Might give them another chance in the future.

Been a regular customer for over a year now. Consistently good products, knowledgeable staff, and they always have what I need in stock. Highly recommend for both new and experienced users.

Product quality is fine and staff is helpful, but the prices are definitely on the higher side compared to other places in the area. The atmosphere is nice though and it's always clean.

The team here really goes above and beyond. They remembered my preferences from previous visits and made great recommendations. Prices are fair and they often have good promotions running.

Really impressed with the variety they have here. The budtender took time to explain different strains and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Prices are reasonable and the quality is consistently good. Only minor complaint is parking can be tight during busy hours.

Sometimes the service is great, other times you feel rushed. The product quality is usually good but I've gotten a few dry batches. Location is convenient but they need more consistency.

Love the selection they offer - lots of different brands and product types. However, the checkout process seems inefficient and I always end up waiting longer than I'd like. Staff is knowledgeable when you finally get to talk to them.
