Tempstar Air Conditioner Reviews

Excellent air conditioner that doesn't break the bank. Cools our retail space efficiently and the energy bills haven't been too bad. Very satisfied with the purchase.

This Tempstar unit was exactly what our medical office needed. Quiet operation is crucial for us, and it delivers. Temperature control is precise and consistent, which is important for our equipment and patient comfort. Installation team was knowledgeable about commercial requirements.

Expected better cooling power for the size of unit we purchased. It works but seems to run constantly during hot weather and still struggles to maintain comfortable temperatures. Installation was fine but the product itself is just okay.

It cools our small office adequately but the humidity control could be better. On particularly humid days, it feels a bit muggy even when the temperature is right. The unit itself seems well-built and hasn't given us any major problems.

We've had this Tempstar system running our warehouse for about 8 months now. It handles the load well and the maintenance has been minimal. The digital controls are user-friendly and the air distribution is even. Would definitely recommend for commercial applications.

The unit works fine for basic cooling needs. Installation was smooth and the service team was on time. However, I've noticed it struggles a bit during the hottest days of summer and takes longer to reach the set temperature. For the price point, it's acceptable but not exceptional.

Not only does the AC work great, but the entire experience from purchase to installation was smooth. The team was professional, cleaned up after themselves, and took time to show us how to maintain the filters. Very happy with our choice.

This unit has exceeded our expectations in terms of energy efficiency. Our utility costs actually went down compared to the old system. The programmable thermostat is a nice feature that helps optimize usage during business hours.

The cooling capacity is adequate for our needs, but we had some issues with the initial installation that required a callback. Once everything was sorted out, it's been working fine. The warranty coverage gave us peace of mind.

The air conditioning works well and keeps our space comfortable, but it's definitely on the louder side. This might be an issue if you're in a quiet office environment. The cooling performance itself is solid though.

Had this Tempstar unit installed in our 2,000 sq ft office last spring. It's been running strong through the summer heat and keeps the temperature consistent throughout the day. The technician who installed it was professional and explained the maintenance requirements clearly. Only minor complaint is that it's slightly louder than expected during startup, but once it's running it's pretty quiet.

Been running this system for over a year without any issues. Keeps our restaurant kitchen area comfortable even during busy dinner rushes. The service support has been responsive when we've had questions.
