This process is pretty streamlined to get a telehealth doctor. I love that they hear you and respect your privacy, time and have a sense of urgency.

He listened to everything I had to.say and was very helpful in spite that my difficult life can be very difficult to talk about!
I used this service while on vacation in South Carolina. I was quickly connected with a provider that diagnosed my issue. They sent in a prescription and I am already on the mend. Overall great experience.
It's convenient, effective, and over all more beneficial for me. I love everything about teledoc.
The Dr was amazing listened to me . Understood me having to have him repeat due to ears being clogged and everything seeming muffled. Simple and easy transaction. Glad this service exists
When you’re sick, the last thing you want to do is put clothes on, get in the car and go to the doctor. This was convenient and done from my bed. I love using Teledoc. I’m very grateful.
The lady on the phone was great. I didn’t get her name but she was the operator. She helped me unlock my account and put in all my medication… don’t get rid of the lady she was so nice.
Great, fast, service. Dr was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.
Awesome experience
Great experience!! I never had to leave the comfort of my home and the doctor patiently listened and heard me! I for the first time feel like I have a treatment plan in place that will have positive results!
Good communication with each other.
She was very kind and stated everything with simplicity. It felt like home. She added examples to help me understand or have something to compare to.
My first Teladoc experience was great. The doctor was very understanding and helpful
It was nice to be able to make a phone call and not leave my home as I was so sick with stomach problems
Perfect! Just the help I needed.
I loved how fast I was able to get seen and how nice they were. Took the time to hear and understand what I was saying. They very fast too. I'm going to them for all my medical needs now.
... quick response on the time a requested. good knowledge of my complain
Teledoc saved me on a summer day when I was in between doctors. I had a sinus infection and after a short registration I was in the queue waiting to be seen. The doctor and I spoke, he confirmed the diagnosis and sent the script to my pharmacy. Doctor was thorough and pleasant. I will absolutely use teledoc again!
I was able to easily sign up for an appointment and in the evening and was contacted within 10 minutes. The doctor spent time with me going over my symptoms and treatment plan. It saved me a trip to urgent care when I really wasn't feeling well.
Dermatologist service is awful. Understanding that most conditions are better if treated in person due to that fact that there are no appointments available for my daughter until the end of August used the service to try to find some help while we wait for her appointment. The doctor did not provide a good explanation. I had questions and ask for recommendation multiple times and those were never answered. I will not recommend the dermatology aspect of Teladoc at all.
The registration and appointment process was very easy. I received my appointment soon after I registered and my representative stayed on the phone with me to ensure all was setup correctly. Excellent customer service & care.
