I have been ordering from Tealyra since 2020 and I have loved every experience I've had. For me, shipping is across on the opposite coast so I make sure to order at least a week before I run out so I always have it! Customer service is fast and friendly. I even got help covering a purchase that I ordered to an old address. They have so many good teas from around the world and it is my exclusive tea shop for loose leaf tea (which is all I drink). If you like a specific tea, order a bunch! Some of my favorites over the years are no longer offered but there are so many you are bound to find another favorite!

I am a huge fan of Tealyra's Royal Gui Fei Oolong. Tealyra describes it to have elements of toast, raw almonds, and sweet apples. I would add dried apricots. For sure this tea is without floral elements! As for the company, the service has been excellent and if you are on its mailing list there are discounts.

This is my first purchase from Tealyra. The tea was called Assam Harmony, and it was in pyramid tea bags. The reviews variously said it was robust or indeed mild - not very consistent at all, and one review talked about using a teaspoon of tea, so was clearly this was against the wrong product! My verdict - almost completely tasteless teabags! I brewed a cup with 3 bags and it came up with at least some mild colour, but still no Assam flavour! I am extremely disappointed. In case you are wondering, I do not like strong tea, and I am capable of discerning subtle flavour (still!). I often have to use half a bag for a palatable cup of tea ... Perhaps Tealyra would like to comment on my experience?

I have dealt with Tealyra for many years now and never had a problem or a bad product, actually surprised when I read some of these reviews. I do notice the bad reviews here are for teabags being weak, well order the loose tea and put more in...give bad review cause it's to light? Then another complains about shipping, I went back and looked up March 2022, you make it seem like their shipping was so long, but your dates given are over a weekend. You complain about 2 days shipping but include a weekend, give your head a shake. So at least 3 of these bad reviews are dumb people. Then the others are people that gave a review instead of taking the same amount of time to contact tealyra, I guarantee they would have helped. So as I said I have bought for many years from tealyra and always been good. I recently ordered some tea, but incorrectly ordered the wrong tea. I contacted their customer support cause I thought the quality had changed in the tea from previous years, turned out I got the tea mixed up, but still wasn't happy with it(my own fault). They seemed very concerned and immediately refunded my whole order price for that tea. They gave me some suggestions and I reordered. The Jin Xuan I got was exactly what I remembered and wanted, so all in all I got to try a different tea by error, they refunded my money, and I got what I really wanted in the end. So I can't understand how some people give a bad review but never reached out to Tealyra. I know for a fact they would have helped you, they helped me and it was my error........ I will always buy from this company, always been good tea and showed me they are good people to. If teabags are to light buy whole tea, if shipping takes 3 days give your head a shake, you probably ordered after 5pm and counted that day. They get the order the next business day and start to work on it. All my orders come within 3 days, but I assume 1 day for them to get the order and 2 days in shipping. I really can't believe these bad reviews, I bet these same people never leave a positive review for good work, just neg for little stupid things. Great company, great tea and if you have a problem....talk to them I bet they will help.

Delicious flavor, aún no sé si va a hacer efecto en cuanto a limpiar o desintoxicar la sangre razón por la cual lo compre. En dos semanas volveré a calificar el producto el cual hasta ahora me encanta!

Teas I've tried are decent. I like the convenience of PLA tea bags and still having full leaf in them. Some of the teas are weak. I tend to brew longer than they recommended. Many other reviewers state the same. But for the price and quality it's a good option compared to others that put small particles (and some dust and fannings) in their teabags for almost no difference in price. Going to keep trying them and see how they are over time from a quality and taste perspective.

Ordered lapsang souchong loose tea and it was rather weak and did not taste much like it smelled at all. Disappointed.

Worst experience ever. I ordered two packs of matcha from tealyra.co.uk. and spent almost 50 euros. They said on the order page, that I will receive matcha in 1-10 days. After already A MONTH of waiting, I've sent them direct email, asking where is my matcha. I didn't receive ANY RESPONSE. After one more month I received a message from my post office. As I am from Lithuania, I needed to give a lot of information about the package to take it from the post office. AGAIN, AS I DIDN'T GET ANY EMAIL JUST AFTER I ORDERED MATCHA OR EVEN WHEN I DIRECTLY WROTE TO THEM - I couldn't take my matcha from my post office. So - zero communication, which leads to throwing my 50 euros away.

Great customer service. Sergey responded immediately. Issues with delivery were corrected right away. Outstanding customer service. I have gotten three tea cups sets from this company, and only good experience. Thank you

They filter out negative reviews on their product pages. I wrote a critical review of a tea I purchased (2/5 stars). The review contained no vulgar or rude content but was critical of the tea. I left that review weeks ago and it still isn't up on their website 👎 I don't care how good your products are, filtering reviews so they look better than they are is dodgy and deserves 1 star

This is the first time I have brought this tea. The fat belly detox variety. It tastes delicious. However, there are no instuction on how often a day to drink the tea. Can you advise? You would have got 5 stars if this information was stated on the packet

I have been ordering from Tealyra for about 2 years...love the products. My issue is lately when I order FedEx two day, I never get it in two days. No one ever offeres to refund the difference. Like now, I placed an order on Wednesday, March 2nd and I see that it will be Monday, March 7th before I get it. Do you think anyone has contacted me to let me know why a delay and offered a refund? Noooooo! Don't order 2 day...just order regular. I'm getting ready to contact the BBB.

I’ve used tealyra for many of my teas. I’ve used their selection of herbal teas for allergies and inflammation. We’ve also used their flowering teas for our wedding ceremony. They’ve got great selections and great teas.

The fruity teas are great. I thought the green teas were dreadfully bad. Still everything was shipped on time and without any issue in a cute white and green box. Will do some of my holiday shopping with them as tea is a great, universal gift.
