Non existent customer support
I received a delivery of their glass teapot on August 1. The teapot lid had not even been attached to the hinge and so was just loose. Should never have passed QA let alone packed and sent to a customer. Every day since then (7days) I have tried to contact customer care via their website, 2 e-mail addresses, left voice messages and just SILENCE!! Avoid this seller.
