I was given, under my link, for this company, a Christmas present of Orange Pekoe teabags, a tea that I’ve drunk for many years, loose and in tea bags, which I’ve thoroughly enjoyed. Normally full of flavour and darker in colour, but these teabags DO NOT come up to that. Pale and and for my palette no flavour, therefore would not recommend.

Good tea shop. The box it comes in is fancy. The teas are in thick plastic resealable pouches. The taste is usually great though some of their bitter flavors aren’t for me: the sweeter fruit teas are nicer. I would recommend trying them out if you’re into making your own fresh tea.

I love the green teas. It’s always fresh and packed nicely in a pretty white and green box. Good experience every time so far.

I like the fruity teas. The cherry was nice and very sweet tasting. A little pricey but worth it.

They sell packages of these great fruity aromatic teas. Lots of dried herbs and fruit and spices in great packaging. I buy a box of a few teas every couple of months and they’ve delivered quality stuff every time. Go for teas with pineapple and pears and dried cherries, I was pleasantly surprised. The green teas were a letdown though, but I don’t like adding a lot of sugar so I can’t really power through the bitterness.

I was looking to find large amounts of matcha for a good price, but also wanted it to be from Japan. Came across Tealyra and couldn't possibly recommend it more. I got the "everyday matcha" and it's absolutely perfect for lattes and smoothies. Delicious flavor and bold bright green color. Shipped on the same day as ordering and arrived the next day, which is beyond unheard of in the middle of this covid-19 pandemic. Will most definitely be a repeat customer!

I have really enjoyed the two Tealyra teapots I purchased. Great products and support! One of the teapots has a lid that is attached the teapot handle by a screw. The screw came out and ended up in the garbage disposal where it got damaged. I emailed Tealyra asking if they could send me replacement parts and they happily did at no cost. Somehow, the first package never made it to me, and when I contacted them again they sent another package. The second package made it, my husband fixed the lid, and now I am happily back to brewing and sipping my favorite loose leaf teas!

I buy my tea from several companies but Tealyra is my favourite! I love their matcha and some exclusive Japanese green tea. Always fast shipping; mostly the same day shipping with next day delivery. I recommend Tealyra for others.

I love Tealyra. Needless to say this is one of the best tea company. Buying their teas for 2 years already, never regret. Amazing tea collection, professional support always. If I could, I give them 10 stars ;)

Scam artists. Dimitry was asked to cancel my order. He told me it was sent. When it arrived, the label clearly said it had been sent the day AFTER I tried to cancel the order. Despite having a 30 day promise to refund for any reason, he told me I had to remove a bad review first. He claimed I had lied about his company, despite the clear evidence. He wanted to charge me for shipping from the US and wanted me to pay the return shipping also. I only bought it because he had an Australian website with a NSW location. All lies. They are based in US and do not have Australian business. It's a sham, run by a liar. Do not trust. He ignored 5 requests for return details as he wanted the sale. AVOID

I've never had a bad shopping at Tealyra Store. All products are good, the shipping is quick and the prices are fair.

I haves ordered tea from this company for couple of years now. I am very happy with Tealyra in all aspects from the quality of the products to the custermer services. I will highly recommend this tea company to whoever is a serious tea drinker.
