Taylor’s estate agency in Brierley Hill…

Taylor’s estate agency in Brierley Hill in the West Midlands. Dealt with me and my sister overseeing us selling our beloved Mum & Dads home. I phoned up many times about different queries, the girls in there were always friendly, very helpful and respectful, with a lot of compassion. Julie was absolutely brilliant, I cried to her on several occasions, as I was grieving over losing my beloved parents, and I found selling our family home, very stressful, and upsetting. Julie was always happy to take my calls, listen to me, and extremely helpful! Always positive and friendly and very professional. Thank you Julie and your team, you helped me so much❤️I would highly recommend.

BEWARE - Mitul Gadhia is not to be trusted.

BEWARE! This estate agents is being run by Mitul Gadhia - Mitul has been the owner of several failed estate agents, the most recent being Smooth Lettings (Company number 14618564) see their Trustpilot reviews - Mitul owes thousands of pounds to landlords for failing to pass on rent, he has multiple county court judgements against him which he has failed to respond to. It even states on the Taylors website that they have "partnered with Smooth Lettings to deliver an exceptional landlord service" Mitul is now trying to use the Taylors brand to restart his failed estate agent business. If you search for Mitul you will find that he has fled the UK and is now resident in Dubai. I would advise you avoid this man at all costs.

AVOID, stay away

I wish there would be option to rate with 0 stars. Absolutely unprofessional service, unprofessional communication. Favouring one owner, working on one owners benefit and obviously agents benefits. Sale process has been delayed in all possible ways affecting my and my childs life. No remorse, no apologies, no understanding.

I couldn't wish for a better estate…

I couldn't wish for a better estate agents to sell my property, they kept me informed all the way along,very friendly and honest, they sold my house within 3 weeks and got me top price . A***** can't recommend them enough

Customised Tayloring ***

Initially convinced by manager Chad Deakin to move my sale process to Taylor's, I had the excellent services of Mr. Murad Ali over a period of 5 months, dealing with quite a challenging property in a prime location. Full of professional and personal positivity, Murad engaged constructively with myself and viewers/potential clients, always punctual and smartly presented for his role. This has been my 4th estate agent and I was not disappointed. Also, all necessary help was provided with the latter stages of legal paperwork. A friendly and confidence-inspiring office in a key area of central Oxford.

Complicated Situation

I'm in a complicated situation to buy/sell and Taylors have been extremely understanding, professional and have gone out of their way to make it happen. At no point did I feel under pressure or that I was being difficult and they did their upmost facilitate a move, I'd definitely recommend them.

Would use again!

From start to finish everybody was extremely helpful with us buying our home for the first time. Jodie contacted me weekly with updates and was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Communication was amazing and any other requests such as extra viewings were sorted with ease. Thankyou!

sale of large house in Paignton

The staff in both the Paignton and Torquay branch were very knowledgeable and helpful. Whilst our sale took a long time to complete, We were contacted at least once a week, sometimes more often and kept up to date with progress. In particular, Debbie worked very hard chasing solicitors and mortgage providers for updates on sale progress

The company is not following the…

The company is not following the tenancy agreement. They're breaking the law by misleading people. That company is very chaotic, and they know nothing about the service their are providing. The staff is always changing and new people coming to assess the property without any knowledge about previous propety situation. If you are brave enough, you can use their services, but do not count to have your deposit back. I'm very sorry to say that, but the way I was treated is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed as I thought that the company is more efficient.
