The company is not following the tenancy agreement. They're breaking the law by misleading people. That company is very chaotic, and they know nothing about the service their are providing. The staff is always changing and new people coming to assess the property without any knowledge about previous propety situation. If you are brave enough, you can use their services, but do not count to have your deposit back. I'm very sorry to say that, but the way I was treated is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed as I thought that the company is more efficient.
