Taylor’s estate agency in Brierley Hill…

Taylor’s estate agency in Brierley Hill in the West Midlands. Dealt with me and my sister overseeing us selling our beloved Mum & Dads home. I phoned up many times about different queries, the girls in there were always friendly, very helpful and respectful, with a lot of compassion. Julie was absolutely brilliant, I cried to her on several occasions, as I was grieving over losing my beloved parents, and I found selling our family home, very stressful, and upsetting. Julie was always happy to take my calls, listen to me, and extremely helpful! Always positive and friendly and very professional. Thank you Julie and your team, you helped me so much❤️I would highly recommend.

BEWARE - Mitul Gadhia is not to be trusted.

BEWARE! This estate agents is being run by Mitul Gadhia - Mitul has been the owner of several failed estate agents, the most recent being Smooth Lettings (Company number 14618564) see their Trustpilot reviews - Mitul owes thousands of pounds to landlords for failing to pass on rent, he has multiple county court judgements against him which he has failed to respond to. It even states on the Taylors website that they have "partnered with Smooth Lettings to deliver an exceptional landlord service" Mitul is now trying to use the Taylors brand to restart his failed estate agent business. If you search for Mitul you will find that he has fled the UK and is now resident in Dubai. I would advise you avoid this man at all costs.

AVOID, stay away

I wish there would be option to rate with 0 stars. Absolutely unprofessional service, unprofessional communication. Favouring one owner, working on one owners benefit and obviously agents benefits. Sale process has been delayed in all possible ways affecting my and my childs life. No remorse, no apologies, no understanding.

I couldn't wish for a better estate…

I couldn't wish for a better estate agents to sell my property, they kept me informed all the way along,very friendly and honest, they sold my house within 3 weeks and got me top price . A***** can't recommend them enough

Highly recommend Taylors

Andrew and Mitul provided an excellent service from the very start to completion. They were both very friendly, professional and trustworthy. Taylor’s marketing was first class which included a slick brochure and outstanding video walk through. Andrew and Mitul were able to arrange viewings quickly and showed up on each viewing to take perspective buyers around our home. They were available to answer questions at every stage of the process.

Amazing!

From start to finish Taylor’s have balanced both professionalism with personalisation. Our move presented a lot of hurdles, but Mitul and Andrew were relentless in their pursuit to get us sold ahead of a relocation. We always felt they had our back and worked so hard to get the deal done, the marketing was first class, viewings arranged and handled excellently, communication AMAZING! And overall felt like we were dealing with friends, not just paying for a service! Can’t thank it reccomend highly enough! Thank you thank you thank you!

Outstanding service

I am absolutely excited to mention the brilliant service that I've received from my agent Andrew. The service I received whilst he handled my case was none other than hands on, professional abd efficient. In moments when I was almost giving up Andrew was quite encouraging and supporting as well. He saw me right through to the end of the selling process and gave great guidance as we went along. Thanks so much Andrew for the fantastic support. Taylors were efficient and responded…

Taylors were efficient and responded quickly to my valuation request. Derren Cullum came out to see me, and arrived on time. We discussed my requirements, and he provided a valuation and advice. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I would definitely recommend Taylors and Derren.
