The tatcha water cream gave me a reaction, the company (tatcha) refuses to help me with it because I bought it from Sephora. Awful, awful customer service, snarky agent on Facebook chat for the site, the supposed Customer Service Mgr Simon is very condescending and rude.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM COMPANY WEBSITE. If you want to pay for products and not recieve them, Tatcha is the company for you. I placed an order and did not get the items. They made me wait a month claim and said I would get a refund and never did. The customer service line is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! They are rude, do not consider your feelings, and cut you off. If you get Anne, I think thats her name, just hang up unless you want someone who is rude and makes rude comments about your situation. Their products are AMAZING but do not order directly from them because they will not give your money back if you have any issues.

I received the starter kit as a gift. It irritated my under eye area and eyelids. There were red and dry patches around the eye area. I even tried to moisturizer on my husband and it irritated him as well. But the canvas seemed useful

Customer service is impeccable as are their products, i really couldn't recommend a company more. I have extremely sensitive skin and it is subject to a lot of issues, they were without a doubt one of the most helpful companies I've ever dealt with.

I got the tatcha starter ritual, and my face got worse from the first day I started using it.. it helped my dry skin but that’s it.

Trying to contact them about my order for the past week or two and still no response. My order was supposed to be shipped a week and a half ago. I have emailed and called and still no response.

I ordered 2 moisturers and a face wash and only received the moisturizers. When I contacted customer service they asked for proof and seem reluctanct to fix their mistake. Will not order from them again to avoid the stress of dealing with them when they mess up the order.

I highly recommend to try their new silk powder!

I’m always curious to try new skincare products in order to see if price makes a difference — after doing some looking into Tatcha, I had seen so many wonderful reviews that I thought I’d give it a try. I went for the starter ritual kit which included 5 travel-sized products for $68. The first few days using it, my skin felt soft, smooth, and had this wonderful glow... But now after using it for almost a week, it’s not working as well — I’m not sure if my skin is used to it or it’s needs have changed? Regardless of that, while it is a nice line that doesn’t irritate my skin, I’m not really sure it’s worth that much money if it’s not going to consistently give me the same results after repeated use. This is just my personal experience though, and if you have some money to splurge I’d encourage you to give it a try (the starter kit) and see how it works for you.

I was recommended the rice wash and dewy cream for my dry skin by a tatcha representative. My skin is clear yet very dry. I tried this method and it BROKE ME OUT REALLY BAD. I GOT ACNE EVERYDAY AFTER WEARING THIS PRODUCT..i have never had not even one ACNE STAGE my teens or on my days. I messaged tatcha and they wanted the products returned for a solution. Hello we are in a pandemic?? How would u take this in return back?? I had clearly told them i was detected with covid 19 so i had to get rid of ALL MY SKINCARE, AND CARE UTILITIES, i had contact with... They still didnt care. I had posted this review on their website but i dnt see it. How funny??? I will never recommend this. Overpriced and HORRIBLE FOR DRY SKIN!

THE BEST SKINCARE OMG

I was very excited to try this product. I bought the set kit. Rather than helping it made my face worse. Was very disappointed:(

The only reason I can't make myself give this company a five-star review is because their products -while outstanding- are a bit pricey and the company does not offer many discount sales. I only wished I could afford more of their high-quality serums and creams, especially because I have sensitive skin. Maybe Tatcha should explore packaging their products less elegantly and pass the savings on to the customer. Until then, I will keep on using their cleansing products and their make up line, albeit sparingly.

Using Tatcha full range products, I had an intense bacteria infection and irritation. Actually I'm under antibiotics and treatment My face is disgusting. I will never ever recommend it

The customer service has by far been the BEST customer service I've ever received over the phone. I was unsure which Tatcha Skincare set to purchase for my skin and my customer service rep went above and beyond to explain each and every product to me, and made sure he had a clear understanding of my skin history so he could recommend the perfect skincare set. I'm so satisfied with this experience! I believe his name was Simon :)

Tatcha is amazing! I ordered a set from them and one bottle was leaking when I opened it so I sent them an email Saturday night. Fast forward to today, Tuesday, I received a new bottle in my mailbox! It made me so happy I decided to give a review and I never give reviews! Thank you Tatcha for your superb customer service.

Awful customer service and overpriced products!

I buy my skincare from their website and have had the best customer service experiences. Really top rate company.

I started using TATCHA per my wife's suggestion, and I am happy I did. My skin has not felt this soft in a long time.

I've tried tons of other products and none of them give me the results I'm seeing after using products from Tatcha. My friends are noticing, too. I have less redness and my skin looks more even. I never thought I'd like an oil cleanser but I love theirs. I'm a loyal customer!
