Tandem - Language Exchange

Hi, Approximately one year ago, I downloaded this application, which had a 30% discount at the time. Instead of paying the full €50 fee, I was supposed to pay €30. However, €50 was charged to my account. A week later, I was unable to log into my account. As a result, I had to create a new account and pay the full €50 fee again, as the discount was no longer available. In total, I paid €100 and currently have only one active account. I reported this issue through the application, but I have not received any response for a year. It seems like there's no one I can reach out to regarding this issue, and I feel like €70 of my money has been taken without resolution. Some accounts are fake and they have some references that they say this person is good to talk, but it is not much ok to trust their comments about that person,their location is worng and their puctures also

Tandem is an excellent choice if you want to make friends all over the world and improve your language skills. The only critique I have is that lots of men try to use this app as a dating app. But that’s not tandems fault and if you write into your profile that you are not interested they will leave you alone.

the app has a lot of guys around the world and it's possible practice a new languages and support othetr students to learn and there is a culture exchange.

It is a good app if you want to learn new languages or improve the ones that are you learning. But sometimes some people use this app for flirting, and for doing not convenient things like asking for nice hotels or nice disco pubs in your hometown, for example. If you want to make friends, try this app, there are people who really want to help you with the study of your new languages, and for sure, you can get them. You just have to be selective!

They push you to buy their subscription in all legal and illegal ways, I am also sure that they sell data and for some reason phone got very heated after using their app. For me it is principal to never buy their subscription for that shet

Since you are focused in money with your million of stupid ads, you forgot the purpose of Tandem, everyday it is more toxic, no one wants to learn languages, this is a dating app more.

Great way to socialize and learn, but tandem don't care enough about scammers and assaultive men who don't follow the tandem rules. when you report the men looking for sex, Tandem says they block the users, but that's not really true. all in all great plattform, but women take care....

Mit ein bisschen Geduld, habe ich hier doch ein paar nette kontakte gefunden, mit denen ich nun doch auch langfristig chatted. Zu bemängeln hätte ich nur, dass es mir oft nicht gelingt lange audio-nachrichten zu versenden. Na und man muss etwas Geduld haben um den / die richtige Sprachpartnerin zu finden. Das ist ja normal. Aber es hat funktioniert.. wir schreiben/ sprechen seit Jahren.

This app is great because I can find good people to talk and learn new cultures and interesting things, the company is doing a great job because I always report people when they don't follow the rules and they make sure to check my report and clean the community here so everything for now is good.

Es una buena aplicación, ofrece la posibilidad de intercambio lingüístico o simplemente de conversar con gente alrededor del mundo. El perfil general de persona que se encuentra ahí es amable y respetuoso, aunque siempre hay alguno que confunde esta app con tinder. Las fiestas son muy entretenidas y en general recomiendo la app para practicar idomas o por simple entretenimiento.

Tándem is an excellent app to practice any language. People are so friendly and they like help other people.
