Unrefunded money
Hi, Approximately one year ago, I downloaded this application, which had a 30% discount at the time. Instead of paying the full €50 fee, I was supposed to pay €30. However, €50 was charged to my account. A week later, I was unable to log into my account. As a result, I had to create a new account and pay the full €50 fee again, as the discount was no longer available. In total, I paid €100 and currently have only one active account. I reported this issue through the application, but I have not received any response for a year. It seems like there's no one I can reach out to regarding this issue, and I feel like €70 of my money has been taken without resolution.
