Noise Pollution Violates UK Laws

Their new notification policy is a nightmare. I've been with them over a year. Suddenly when they take payment they text notifications overnight eg almost 1am or 7am when everyone is sleeping. Most people keep their phones open overnight eg for emergencies. Nothing gives them the right to wake us up. Email confirmations. Don't text!! I told them last month they had woken me up. I was fuming. They assured me they would turn off notifications. They did not. This month they texted me at 12.40AM!! This is highly unethical and violates UK noise pollution laws. Businesses cannot contact consumers outside reasonable business hours. This means 8am to 11pm.

Having problems with my phone, turns out I was topping up the wrong thing. Brilliant customer service from Adam, who fixed everything for me.

I wish to profusely thank Talk Home staffer Mr Adam who provied excellent support through 'Chat' function on 5 July 2025. This Chat I tried after repeated failing to get anyone, even worse disconnection while trying to speak with Talk Home Mobile team. so their phone does not work but luckily chat worked and more luckily Mr Adam was fantastic. Thank you dear Adam

Really horrible experience

Really horrible experience. You get cut off unceremoniously on a difficult international call. No customer care service to ask why. Service is very very poor. Will not recommend it to anyone

Very Poor Customer Service

i had talkhome sim for 2 years i use it to make international callings on 16 APR top up £50 and next day my sim is been switched off i been sending email and calling them they saing no information abut this sim card , i have send photo of sim card no replay dont use this company

Personal customer service

I found the customer service to be really responsive. I got prompt personal emails and experienced advice to get my SIM working. They are trying hard and seem to be let down sometimes by the third parties providing the underlying telecoms services. They tried very hard to give me what I had paid for, hence 5 stars.

Dodgy Please avoid using them!!!

I am not even happy the fact I have to give them 1 star!!. The worst customer service I came across. They charged me with no services and I have contacted them via e mail about 4 times and called them God Knows maybe 15 times. The don't even have the decency to replay to their costumers. This company is a dodgy one I suggest you to avoid using them !!! there are other companies out there please have a look at the others before using them!

WHAT A SCAM!!

WHAT A SCAM!! I bought a £5 card to call home (South Africa) on their website it says I'll get 700 minutes dialing the local access number, but when dialing the number it says I'll get 230 minutes, which I'm still ok with...but the card stopped working at 60 minutes!! False advertising and a complete waste of money!! I tried calling the costomer service number which goes straight to voice mail...voice mail for Shella... who the hell is Shella?? Stay away people!!!!

Please be careful they do not give you…

Please be careful they do not give you the minutes advertised. The reason why you dont get the minutes advertised is because in the terms and conditions there are hidden charges. They charge you a maintenece charge everday. They also charge set up and aditional charges. They also count 1 minute as 4. So 1 minute used is 4 minutes gone. After all the hidden charges its not worth using the calling card. I would not recommend.
