So had high hopes but they cannot deliver
REVIEW UPDATE Part 2: Dec 7th 2023:
My mother's SIM is now having issues where the porting is not going through and been over 6 days and it's her work number, issue still not resolved. My fiance could not receive calls from myself but could call me? - Unfortunately this next work is just not up to par, maybe in a few years but at the moment this company cannot deliver on the basics.

REVIEW UPDATE: 6th Dec 2023 - FOR ANDROID USERS WHO CANNOT GET MOBILE DATA TO WORK please read update:
I could not get my mobile data to work, I called customer service and spoke with adam who told me he changed some setting his end and to restart my phone, this did not work. On their website they have a post called "Guide to APN settings" which is supposed to help you manually change the settings, again this did not work after trying numerous times. BUT i then realised they have wrote up the android section incorrectly. They state you need to change the MNC to 30. this is incorrect leave it as is, which for me was 33. This is a lot of effort and especially for those not too tech savvy. Ideally just make a YouTube video to help people with this.
- Issue 2: Porting Number - My fiances number has still not ported over and now know one can reach her, called CS and was told end of day today (dec 6th) but was told this the last 2 days.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
So as an avid changer of networks and happy to give the new kid in the block ago , my fiance and I decided to give talk home ago:
Pros:
- The app design and interface is pretty decent and nice to use.
- The live chat customer service is pretty quick in response and polite.
- The current price of a penny cannot be argued with.
Cons:
- The porting service: Me and my fiancé tried to port across, the first time it failed, then the second time mine went through but now my data does not work, but hers has not even gone over and now her original at Lebara has lost service, so now no one can get hold of her.
- They seem to be out of their depth as the initial steps are going so wrong for so many customers. porting , getting what you paid for and having your number actually be contactable, should be the bare minimum a network should be able to deliver on.
Hopefully tomorrow will provide more answers but if not we will have leave as soon as we have joined.
