Noise Pollution Violates UK Laws

Their new notification policy is a nightmare. I've been with them over a year. Suddenly when they take payment they text notifications overnight eg almost 1am or 7am when everyone is sleeping. Most people keep their phones open overnight eg for emergencies. Nothing gives them the right to wake us up. Email confirmations. Don't text!! I told them last month they had woken me up. I was fuming. They assured me they would turn off notifications. They did not. This month they texted me at 12.40AM!! This is highly unethical and violates UK noise pollution laws. Businesses cannot contact consumers outside reasonable business hours. This means 8am to 11pm.

Adam's support was great

I wish to profusely thank Talk Home staffer Mr Adam who provied excellent support through 'Chat' function on 5 July 2025. This Chat I tried after repeated failing to get anyone, even worse disconnection while trying to speak with Talk Home Mobile team. so their phone does not work but luckily chat worked and more luckily Mr Adam was fantastic. Thank you dear Adam

I joined them on the Money saving…

REVIEW UPDAYE: Jan 1st 2024: I have spoken with live chat numeorus times, to be told to check back tomorrow as they have contacted the department but not heard anything back. In the end i had to go through my Paypal buyer protection and open a case against them to get my refund. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. I am someone who regularly switches networks on sim only plans to ensure i have the best deals and have done for years. so i know all the ins and outs of leaving and joining networks, but i have NEVER had so many issues and problems with one network it was astonishing. please see my other review detailing all other issues. it is not worth the hassle and headache. Join Lebara on their current £1.00 offer for 6months , a much better network and infrastructure all round. ___________________________________ I joined them on the Money saving expert offer of it being 1p per month for the first 3 months. Now it has charged me the full price away. Now I'm chasing down my money. Unfortunately it has been a nightmare joining them, and every stage they have dropped the ball for me and my family, which should be the very basics of everything.

working for a couple of weeks the no reseption at all

Was working good then no reception at all, change the phone and still no reception and cant make any call, when I call the number goes into talkhome answer machine ... just rubbish

If you are on a call you don't have…

If you are on a call you don't have Internet, and a forwarding appears on phone when calling . It takes long to connect the call

Update on my experience - still awful

Update on my experience; 10 days without the ability to make or receive calls and no now longer responding to their own message service. In response to the suggestion I direct message you below - how?!

Had problems porting in my number. Got onto chat and spoke to Peter who took over and sorted it out from his end. Problem sorted quickly and without fuss. Thank you Peter.
