Noise Pollution Violates UK Laws

Their new notification policy is a nightmare. I've been with them over a year. Suddenly when they take payment they text notifications overnight eg almost 1am or 7am when everyone is sleeping. Most people keep their phones open overnight eg for emergencies. Nothing gives them the right to wake us up. Email confirmations. Don't text!! I told them last month they had woken me up. I was fuming. They assured me they would turn off notifications. They did not. This month they texted me at 12.40AM!! This is highly unethical and violates UK noise pollution laws. Businesses cannot contact consumers outside reasonable business hours. This means 8am to 11pm.

I wish to profusely thank Talk Home staffer Mr Adam who provied excellent support through 'Chat' function on 5 July 2025. This Chat I tried after repeated failing to get anyone, even worse disconnection while trying to speak with Talk Home Mobile team. so their phone does not work but luckily chat worked and more luckily Mr Adam was fantastic. Thank you dear Adam

THome EU roaming allowance

I presently have TH sim 5gb data only 2gb for EU roaming which is ok and works fine cost £3.15month . Via martins money site. I would like to upgdate to 10gb for £5.49p but this only gives 4gb for roaming so won't bother. THome have some good deals but restricting EU roaming is putting me off. If the 10gb offer gave 7 or 8gb roaming I mihjt have considered upgrade. Lebara offer better roaming allowance

I recently ordered a SIM from Talkhome

I recently ordered a SIM from Talkhome. The deal looked good, so decided to order the SIM and paid £4. But I subsequently found out that talkhome does not support WIFI calling, so I cancelled my order and asked for a refund and an address where to send back the SIM. The reply was less than helpful. Basically I felt fobbed off. So, I am writing this lovely review to highlight their poor quality customer service and to let everyone know of this. Oh, and by the way you can keep your £4, I'll never be getting anything from Talkhome never again. Your 3 star review says it all, here today gone tomorrow. Good Bye Talkhome.

Broken System Won't Let Me Leave!

Their broken system, useless customer service and never-there technical support means I can't change any settings or even port out my number, in their own words "due to an expired ticket".

Helpful and Responsive Customer Support

I recently ported my number to Talk Home and needed to request a PAC code to switch again. I had some trouble receiving it via SMS, but when I contacted customer support, Tom was very patient and efficient. He explained the process clearly and sent me the PAC code promptly. I really appreciate the support and clarity. Thank you!

Bad provider, bad coverage, bad services

Really a bad provider, poor coverage and ridiculous services. I ordered my sim card, it took a week to get it, then i tried to port in by providing 2 weeks notice, but it still took more than a day to get it activiated, that means i can't be reached by my previous number for 1 day+. after ported in, i found the signal is bad, then i would like to port out, they charged me more than £35 and refused to waive the charge even it's due to the bad services.
