I genuinely had a good experience! A little difficult to figure out measurements at first and I overcompensated some on the slimmer side with my first go. Wisely, tailorstore only sent me 1 of 3 short sleeve polos and 1 of 2 long sleeve polos, so I could guarantee the fit first. When it was not to my liking, Joacim and the rest of the support team was helpful and timely. They remade the garment for free and delivered quickly. It fit perfect, best fit I’ve ever had with my unique size (6’4, 150 lb with oddly broad shoulders). Grateful all around for the quality, customer service, and superior fit! Der gesamte Prozess von der Auswahl, Maße anpassen, Lieferung etc. lief reibungslos. Die digitale Umsetzung ist beispielhaft! Sehr aufmerksam, dass bei einer Erstbestellung von mehr als einem Hemd zunächst angeboten wird, erst das eine anzuschauen. Zusätzliche Lieferkosten wurden übernommen. Das Material meins Hemdes ist von hervorragender Qualität und die Verarbeitung ebenso. Gerne wieder!

I was worried about ordering a custom fit shirt because my body type is not typical and does not work well with traditional button down shirts. When the shirt arrived it was of the highest quality, but didn't fit just right, it was a bit too tight. The company requested photos and after receiving them, they promptly adjusted the measurements and made me a new shirt at no cost. They saved the new measurements to my file so that I can reorder it at any time. I would highly suggest this company to anyone!

Ich bin begeistert, wie mit Hilfe der wenigen Angaben ein, für mich, passgenaues und massgefertigtes Hemd erstellt wurde. Besonders die Stoffqualität, die ich schon lange vermisse, seit meiner Kindheit. Da nun meine Daten gespeichert sind, kann ich mir weitere schöne Hemden bestellen.

They work with you until you get the fit right. They sent me 3 versions of the same shirt until it fit. They really care that it fits and that you are happy. I've never found a local tailor that cares as much as Tailor Store. They are easy and quick to communicate with over email. I've been very impressed and sharing with my friends.

I found Tailor Store on Google search. I went online and viewed and read your provided information. I ordered two custom made shirts. I’ve received one, a perfect fit, and the second one has shipped today. The quality of material and fabrication are excellent. I will now be ordering two additional clergy shirts in a short sleeve version.
