Mycket bra att man kan måttanpassa sina plagg. Vi beställde en linneskjorta. Den kom på utsatt tid och den passar mycket bra. Vi har beställt flera gånger förut, och kommer beställa igen. Svårigheten är att bedöma hur tyget kommer se ut som färdigt plagg.

The tailored shirt I received was defective—one sleeve shorter than the other and a poor fit overall. I emailed a complaint but never got a response. Very disappointing, especially with no money-back option.

I just ordered my first shirt from the tailor store. It arrived as promised - every detail was correct, and the fabric was incredible. Unfortunately I had used my "old" neck measurement, and it was too tight by half an inch. I filled out the remake form, sent pictures, and true to their guarantee, they are remaking it. This has been an incredibly good experience. I will be ordering more shirts, and have found the company to be everything they say they are - a top notch, customer-oriented custom shirt maker.

Beställde en skjorta efter att ha använt deras Quick Size beräkning, som blev lite för tight för att vara en passform avslappnad. Blev förstås besviken men fick ett vänligt mail att de gör en skjorta till och anpassar den nya efter nya mått. Slapp även betala retur frakt på den som blev mer av kroppsnära passform. Vänligt och proffsigt hanterat.
