A very reliable made-to-measure service The website is very pleasant to use, with a wide selection of fabrics and customization options. Customer service is also highly responsive and efficient, especially if a size isn’t immediately available for configuration (which never happens with shirts, but can occasionally occur with polos).
I received my shirt, weird collar and fits badly. I’m trying to return but the company ignores you and insists on spamming with multiple newsletter. I’ve come to the conclusion that its better to go to a shop and try on rather than risk with these internet companies.

Tailor Store is brilliant for making one shirt to determine if adjustments are required. Then I had personalized customer service who even caught a mistake I’d made writing down my measurements. That level of commitment is hard to find these days. The shirt construction is so well done. Simply phenomenal shirts.

I've been a customer for some years now. And since I lost some weight, I changed my measurements for the next order. Unfortunately I was a bit too optimistic and my new shirts didn't fit at all. With the help of Thanuja from Support, we finally came to a perfect fit again and they send the new shirt for free. So not only excellent quality of shirts, the after sales service is excellent as well!!
