I genuinely had a good experience! A little difficult to figure out measurements at first and I overcompensated some on the slimmer side with my first go. Wisely, tailorstore only sent me 1 of 3 short sleeve polos and 1 of 2 long sleeve polos, so I could guarantee the fit first. When it was not to my liking, Joacim and the rest of the support team was helpful and timely. They remade the garment for free and delivered quickly. It fit perfect, best fit I’ve ever had with my unique size (6’4, 150 lb with oddly broad shoulders). Grateful all around for the quality, customer service, and superior fit!
