Boiling installer was great , very clean, very communicative. He did a really good job. He helped in checking all the radiators as well.

We recently had a solar installation completed, and overall, it was a positive experience. The team arrived on the scheduled day, but they encountered some issues with the natural slate on our roof, which prevented them from finishing that day. However, the roofers and electricians returned the following week and completed the installation on Monday. The only downside was that the electricians didn’t tidy up after themselves, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, the quality of their work was very neat and professional. We’re pleased with the final result and would recommend their services. A special mention goes to David, the roofer from Clare, who went above and beyond. He was meticulous in his work, ensuring everything was done to the highest standard.

Accessor explained the system best for our consumption. He wasn't the least bit pushy and told us that we didn't have to sign up for the system if we didn't want to. The installation was fast and efficient and only took 6 hrs for 14 panels, the inverter, battery and extra mcb consumer unit.

Last week Swyft Energy Boiler Experts installed my new boiler and their work was Top Class. Later in the week their Solar Panel PV Experts installed 24 panels and again their work was Top Class. In Summary their work was 10 out of 10 and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the lads for their professionalism and respect as they worked so hard in my home. The boiler was not working properly this morning- Thursday 14th November. I phoned Swyft in Cork and I was told an Engineer would contact me and troubleshoot the problem. The Engineer phoned around 11 am and the problem relating to the loss of the system water pressure was sorted within a very short. The Engineer was courteous, knowledgeable and guided me to sort the problem. I am extremely happy with manner in which the problem was dealt with and sorted.

From start to finish everything went perfect. Swyft were not the cheapest company but I opted for them based on their solar experience and positive reviews. They looked after organising NC6 form, BER and grant, Grant is collected by them. ESB form was emailed to ESB on day I paid deposit which meant I was setup for microgeneration on day of install. On day of install the electricians were here first thing, then roofers arrived midday. All working like troopers. Install was as I had imagines. Very clean wiring and panel layout. Panel woring routed into attic behind chimney too. I had 22 Solar panels fully installed in less than 1 month! System fully functional without issue.

I just had a new condensing boiler installed by Swyft Energy and I have no hesitation in recommending this firm. From the very beginning to the very end, communication was excellent and all my questions answered promptly. Installation was quick and the old boiler removed and disposed off.

Salesman was was very knowledgeable and explained the full facts of the system and its benefits. Installation team were on time and very helpful. Overall the quality of the work was excellent.

I found the team wonderful. The installers were very tidy and polite. The electricians were equally respectful and efficient. I also want to acknowledge that the electricians flagged a serious issue with my fuse board that I was unaware of. This if gone unnoticed would have certainly caused a fire which put my life and my children lives in danger. I am so grateful to their thorough examination of my system and their expertise in fixing the situation. Far beyond what I would have expected! Would genuinely recommend them. Two members of my family have gone with them and more will surely follow if they ask my opinion!

A couple of small gripes prevent a 5/5. Swyft were recommended by friends, and I can see why they did. The initial contact led to a very thorough review for the quote, with all the questions we asked answered quickly and without hesitation. Having accepted the quote, the installation date was set, stood by and all the paperwork quickly and efficiently completed. There were a few niggles along the way, a couple of which could have been avoided had we known. The first niggle was that to allow commissioning, the houses fuse board needed to have an insulation test (ours failed, not Swyft's fault) and it would have been helpful to have known this would be tested as we would have done so and rectified the faults in advance. The second niggle was 3 scratched solar panels - very quickly replaced by Swyft, so I cannot really rate that as a major fault. The knock on effect of this was ending up having to have 2 BER's done, as it took a while to sort the electrical issue in the house and it needed to be submitted after the final documentation from Swyft had been signed off - not Swyft's fault, but again made it a little more complex than it might otherwise of been. Aside from the above niggles, the team were always happy to answer questions, provide the information needed and respond positively to the suggestion that having known we would need an insulation test on the fuse box/wiring, turning on the panels would have happened sooner.

Great Company

Swyft are a really professional outfit with a lot of experts in boilers and solar. Des gave me great advice around whether I should get a system boiler or a combi boiler and how each would integrate into my existing setup and future plans. The installation side of things is very good. A couple of little things didn't go as expected, but the reactions were "swift" and everything worked out great in the end. They also installed an Eddi system to integrate into my existing solar setup and, again, gave me great advice got everything done really efficiently. I suspect the after service is going to be top notch, as I have already gotten access to their experts to answer any questions and solve any problems I had. Big thanks to Des, Enda, Ciaran and the team!

From the first site visit from the sales rep to the final installation & commissioning Swift energy and their subcontractors were extremely professional and delivered on everything they committed to. I requested that the battery and invertor be installed in the garage which wasn't easy for the electrical contractor. They followed my request and didn't once try to recommend an easier option. I would highly recommend this company.

Every step of the way, my experience with the solar panel installation was excellent. The customer service team on the phone was always friendly, knowledgeable, and able to address all my questions and concerns. The technicians who came out to assess the property were professional, thorough, and very personable. The installation team, from those handling the roof work to the electricians, were efficient, and neat. They even had a great sense of humour, making the experience even more enjoyable. During the commissioning process, all of my questions were answered with patience and expertise. I’m thrilled with the outcome and couldn’t be happier with the switch to solar power!
