Very pleased with this company, they came out and did a survey for us to see what replacement boiler we needed . Des was fantastic and went through everything with us , two weeks later new boiler is in and working like a dream . All work completed in one day and and very well done . Only one small problem with trying to get though on the phone , but would definitely recommend them .
Initial point of contact(Jacob)was very professional. He looked at our energy usage and lifestyle and suggested a suitable system. Install was very impressive and working flawlessly since.
The whole journey from enquiry to installation was very well handled. We are very pleased we took the steps to install the solar panels.
Excellent design, professional outfit, quality installation and system startup, responded quickly to all supply/technical queries. Prompt and professional supply and commissioning, with minimum disruption, seamlessly coordinated survey, BER and all ESB Networks aspects. 17 panels system on 2 storey house with 10kW battery, running by the evening and reporting on my mobile. Excellent kit, service and now BER B1!
My first experience wasn’t great as there was bad communication between installation and didn’t happen when Swyft said it would! I was not happy at the time! It worked out okay in the end!! System is very good and would recommend Swyft to anyone looking for solar panels! the guys who put up the panels were fantastic and so too were the electricians! Very professional crew all around! Five stars definitely!
The installer was very knowledgeable and down to earth about which boilers would be best for us and our location. It wouldn’t make sense to have a boiler that had no professionals in the area able to repair it. We chose a great boiler which is miles ahead of our old one as far as efficiency is concerned. Our house is extremely comfortable now. We also really like the Hive thermostat and app to use to control our heat settings. It’s an absolute game changer. I also loved how I had to do absolutely nothing after I ordered it. No buying and collecting materials for the install, no chasing up plumbers, electricians, no missed appointments. The technician came when he said he would, wasn’t late, was professional, and so fast with the install. The old boiler was taken away and I had almost zero clean up. The technician made my home safe from any carbon monoxide leaks coming from an old gas fire and the old boiler. Absolutely a top notch service.
Swyft Energy supplied and fitted PV panels on the agreed date and the installation team were excellent very neat and tidy. There was a slight issue with the route of the cables but they came back and rerouted as requested no problem

Roofwork/panels and electrical teams top notch, all roof work and cable containment routing very neat and aesthetic as possible, safety and housekeeping good too. Strong technical support available and promptly answered all of my questions towards quickly capturing and maximising the system benefits.

From start to finish my journey to solar power was an enjoyable experience. Staff on the phone line were able to meet all my expectations. The techies that called to assess the job were great and very pleasant. Installation teams from the roof gang to the sparks were very neat and tidy and had a great sense of humour also. Commissioning was done with loads of questions from me answered with plenty of patience and knowledge.
