The installer was very knowledgeable and down to earth about which boilers would be best for us and our location. It wouldn’t make sense to have a boiler that had no professionals in the area able to repair it. We chose a great boiler which is miles ahead of our old one as far as efficiency is concerned. Our house is extremely comfortable now. We also really like the Hive thermostat and app to use to control our heat settings. It’s an absolute game changer. I also loved how I had to do absolutely nothing after I ordered it. No buying and collecting materials for the install, no chasing up plumbers, electricians, no missed appointments. The technician came when he said he would, wasn’t late, was professional, and so fast with the install. The old boiler was taken away and I had almost zero clean up. The technician made my home safe from any carbon monoxide leaks coming from an old gas fire and the old boiler. Absolutely a top notch service.
