Som altid virkelig god mad og rigtig sød betjening. Der var noget ventetid, og priserne er høje. Meget fine og illustrative spisekort. Meget flot og varieret udvalgt.

Maden var god. Meget god. Men seriøst for 275,- bliver en, der ikke spiser meget normal, ikke i nærheden af mæt! Kejserens nye klæder! Det er arrogant og latterligt.

Frisk og lækker sushi i dejlige omgivelser på Rungsted havn. God betjening. Pris lidt pebret, ellers helt ok

CAnt take an order. Missed off the drinks - service so bad we couldn’t be bothered asking for them so just drank the water! Told waitress and manager needed gluten free. Manager asked waitress to advise kitchen - separate boards, new knives etc. between talking to the manager and the kitchen this detail was lost and had we not checked the meal came with gluten. Waitress kept apologising however had we not been on the ball then I’d have been violently sick!!! Just never eating there again. Quality of food was not the best either!!! Advised the waitress to name a dish called I’m sorry as that is all she was capable of saying !!
Ok sushi til rimelige priser
Her til aften var jeg med min søn hos Sticks'n'Sushi i Hotel Tivoli, og vi oplevede en meget ringe service. Rullerne levede ikke op til forventningerne, og vi fandt et hår i min søns mad. Desuden fik vi at vide af tjeneren, at vi fremover ikke måtte bestille børnemenu til min søn, da han åbenbart var for stor til den. Det er uacceptabelt, da børnemenuen er det eneste, min søn kan lide. Jeg må ærligt indrømme, at vi ikke kommer der igen. Det var en meget stressende oplevelse og dyre penge at betale for en elendig service og dårlig opførsel fra personalet. Og når vi så spurgte om noget, blev der svaret meget arrogant tilbage. Når vi bad om noget, ignorerede de os fuldstændigt. Der var ikke en eneste gang, hvor de kom hen og spurgte os, hvordan maden smagte. Der var ikke et smil. Jeg synes ikke, det er passende at give drikkepenge under de omstændigheder. Beklager.Vi følte os meget utilpasse og skyndte os at gå.
Vi var på Sticks & Sushi på Frederiksberg i dag og det var rigtig god service og virkelig god mad :) Virkelig gode tjenere og meget imødekommende..... Deres mad smager virkelig godt og de fortjener 5 stjerner :)
God sushi flot service
Min veninde og jeg havde fået et bord i et hjørne. Vi er ældre og ved af erfaring, at støjen er enorm i Lyngby S&S. Det hele gik fint i starten, maden mv kom hurtigt, men blev sandelig også hurtigt hevet væk igen, og vi følte os meget pressede. De meddelte os efter 70 min, at de måtte flytte os op ved nogle højborde. Det gjorde de så 10 min senere. Det var vi meget utilfredse med, havde knap nået at spise. En sur og uforskammet pige var komplet ligeglad. Så kunne vi sidde der og hænge på to høje stole og råbe til hinanden i den enorme støj og elendige aukustik, der er og træk. Vores kaffe og te glemte de fuldstændig. Måtte selv henvende os igen. Det ødelagde en aften, der skulle have været en hyggelig oplevelse. Der et intet personale over 20 ser det ud til. Hvordan kan I overhovedet være jeg selv bekendt. Og med de priser i holder? Vildt dyrt også. Man har vel lov at have et bord i mere end 80 min? Jeg havde bestilt det specifikt. Jeg kan garantere jer, at det var sidste gang, vi vil udsættes for jeres uforskammede opførsel.
Catering 40 personer, anrettet på fade fra sticks n Sushi: Alt fungerede. Uovertruffen festlig anretning og æstetisk oplevelse. Vores gæster var meget imponerede. Tak til Karl og Alina for god kommunikation
Har anmeldt stedet tidligere med 5 stjerner . I dag vil jeg anmelder service navnlig MADS.. For en måned siden holdte vi fest hjeme med Suchi fra Rungsted havn og købte for temmelig stor beløb og fik gave kort på 10% af beløbet. Vi skulle downloader app , registrer mm. Det lykkes ikke. Men vores redning var MADS , rar tålmodig , og service minded som gav os rabattern uden problem. Det har været rar aften , god Succhi , hyggelig omgivelse , søde personel . Tak Succhi Rungsted 👏👏👏👏
Absolut god service i Lyngby i aftes. Kompetente tjenere hvoraf vores var godt sat ind i allergener og hjælpsom og med stor hensyntagen udviste ansvar og opmærksomhed. Vi har ligeledes erfaret det i Borgergade hvor kun en enkelt gang en tjener var uhøflig og dermed ikke autentisk.
Used to be our favourite restaurant couple of years ago. Now it is just horrible! Fish quality is just bad. Had a couple of rolls take away, didn’t even finished all order( threw away more then 60%) and got a horrible food poisoning. Volmiting non stop whole night, was ready to go to the hosital. Avoid this place!
Efter vores dårlige oplevelse, kontaktede restauranten os og undskyldte for det skete og inviterede os op på et genbesøg hvor vi fik lidt lækkert mad og rabat som plaster på såret.. Thilde var som sædvanlig meget udadvendt og serviceminded.
Our first visit to Sticks and Sushi (Westgate, Oxford) on May 6th was marked by delightful cuisine and friendly service, particularly from Petra and the waiter who served us. However, our satisfaction waned significantly during the payment process. Despite settling our bill of £156.94 for 2 adults and 1 child via card payment, we were informed by the waiter that there was uncertainty regarding the transaction, necessitating managerial intervention. Petra, the manager, approached us with warmth and understanding. Presenting evidence of the successful payment via my bank app, I found myself perplexed by the insistence that I pay again, with assurances of a prompt refund should I be double-charged. Despite my compliant acquiescence, I couldn't help but question the fairness of assuming the burden of proof lay solely with me, rather than with the establishment to verify the payment status. Subsequent attempts to resolve the matter, including discussions with Larisa on the same evening, yielded no immediate solution. It was only on the 7th, after further communication with Petra, that a resolution seemed imminent. However, the subsequent assurance of a refund within five days seemed disproportionately delayed, given the instantaneous nature of card transactions. Such an experience was profoundly disappointing, particularly from an establishment of Sticks and Sushi's caliber. One would reasonably anticipate more expedient and efficient rectification of errors from a company of its stature. In sharing this account, I implore future patrons to assertively challenge any insinuation of non-payment if they can substantiate their transaction, sparing themselves undue stress and inconvenience. While we are all fallible and mistakes are inevitable, the manner in which this issue was handled by the company leaves much to be desired. As a paying customer, the expectation of a prompt resolution to rectify an error, particularly one resulting in double charging, should not be subject to unnecessary delay. Whoever mandated such a prolonged wait for a refund fails to appreciate the immediacy required in addressing customer grievances. What if the funds remaining in my account were allocated for other expenses, like bills? Waiting a week for someone else's error to be corrected would be burdensome. I have no grievances with the staff, including Petra and the waiter. Both the quality of food and the service they provided were commendable. However, my concern lies with the store manager, area manager, or whoever holds authority in addressing and resolving such issues.
Went for lunch with husband and kids. I knew it wasn’t going to be cheap and not writing on the price, which is on the pricier side. But I do not think I will be going back any time, for that price I expect more. I was willing to pay more to get more. I really wanted it to be the place where I could go back many more times. 1. They give you hot towels with chopstick on arrival at table, which so rude to do (unthinkable in Japan) 2. The quality of the food is not good: had skewers (the Tsukune was rubbery and just full of sauce everywhere, sushi plates (nothing special), edamame tasteless etc. 3. Service is miserable, ordered beers of different brands, she brought the same, ordered coffee, she forgot. Little things that should reflect the price/quality/service. If I didn’t know how much I was paying it could have been one of those cheap sushi places. For me not worth it.
1,5 times ventetid for dyreste mad jeg nogensinde har spist...
Jeg havde bestilt bord til min datter og jeg. Vi havde undervejs 4 forskellige tjenere og måtte sidde og vente på, at der blev taget af bordet i 25 min. Imens vi sad og ventede blev vandkaraflen fyldt op til 25 kr, - dog uden vi havde bedt om mere vand. De 2 stjerner går udelukkende til kokkene bag maden. Vi vender desværre ikke tilbage. Skuffet - og en service der på ingen måde matcher prisen.

My husband and I went to the Kingston branch last night and both have what feels like a stomach bug today. The sushi was ok, the rice did not feel fresh. The sticks were a waste of money and our side dish of rice never arrived. The waitress asked us if we wanted her to take that off the bill which left us speechless and when we said yes, she cheerily replied “thats ok”as if she was doing us a favour. It was quite bizarre. The quality of food was not good and certainly not at that price point.
Bestilte diverse sushi lørdag aften i lyngby. Ift pris simpelthen for ringe, bl.a. total kedeligt og gamle ebi hapser…
