I really liked the tester up app I have cashed out 3 times already after reaching the 70 pound target and haven't had any problems. But now I'm stuck at 68.60. I played the games a built it up and the on the last game I had available to play I reached level 100 and it registered all of the targets then I reached 150 and it stopped tracking so I emailed and they credited my account for the amount level 150 was worth so even tho it didn't track they resolved my issue so I continued playing the game so I reached level 200 and then 250 again they didn't track so I emailed and had the problem sorted with in a few days they credited the winning amount to my account so I then went on to reach level 300 and 350 and then emailed them but it was a weekend so I kept playing while I waited for a reply I then did level 400 and 450 again emailed them and still no reply at this point so I went on to compleight level 500 which was the last target paying out £15 jusy for the level 500 so i emailed and wiated for a reply they replied and said it needed sending off for investigation that's no problem they did the same with level 150, 200 and 250 and they was resolved with in a few days now it's been around 2/3 weeks since I emailed about the other levels and just been told I need to be patient and they will be in touch but I feel like they've done it on purpose so I can't cash out a 4th time and that's why I'm stuck at 68.60 with no new games to play with it the 2/3 weeks I've been waiting I will change my review to 5 starts if they get this sorted for me I am owed 44 pound from level 300,350,400,450,500 all together It works as I said I've cashed out before but recently it's gone down hill!
I have been using testerup for just over a month. I’m a disabled veteran, and it seemed like an honest way to earn a few bucks. So I chose a few games and dove in. It seemed to be going according to plan until around the two week mark. At which point I noticed one of the games stop tracking my progress. I went to the faq page and found that it happens sometimes just wait 48 hours and it will catch up? Except it did not catch up. So I put in a message to support and created a ticket. And received this message stating that they have be n experiencing an unusual high level of support request to please be patient and don’t create another ticket. And don’t worry you will not be forgotten. Well that was nice to hear. U fortunately I never did hear from them I did wait a few days and I attempted to contact them! I did keep playing the game as there’s a time limit you have to reach the determined level in. Well again a few more days pass and not a word from them. We in week 5 now. I have made 4 attempts to contact them and have yet to receive any reply other then the automated response claiming they have received the message and will be in touch soon. I have invested my time within there rules and terms. I’ve given my time in advance and in good faith. And It feels like I’ve been completely taken advantage of and then disregarded completely! I was not expecting to get rich. However adding 70 or 80 dollars to my budget. Will double what I have for my grocery fund after paying my bills. And I have to admit that after going the last few years making such a small amount stretch to cover the entire month. Well let’s just say I was very much looking forward to the significant improvement in the upcoming meal choices! But here I sit getting no credit for the majority of the time already invested. I’m below the minimum amount required to withdraw and I can’t get them to respond or communicate with me in any way! I’m at a loss here! And just disappointed mostly! How does this type of situation happen! What’s the thought process when things are getting to this point? What were the things that they are dealing with that makes them ok with treating folks like this? These are a few of the questions that go through my mind. And ones I don’t have the answers to. It is however in my experience that the choice not to communicate is never the best choice no matter how bad things may be! Some are going to be upset for sure! But I believe that they always underestimate the kindness and understanding that many good folks demonstrate when given the chance. Yet to not communicate at all eventually upsets even the most patient folks! As it’s just rude to leave people in the dark that put their time effort and trust in you. It’s an undesirable decision that adds nothing positive to the situation. The worst part of situations like this is just having no clue what’s going on and trying to keep from filling in the blanks with the worst case scenarios. And it’s foolish and unnecessary to allow such a situation to develop when the ability to avoid it altogether is such a simple thing to accomplish.I’m now exploring what actual options I have in this matter. And what’s the most beneficial course of action! I may be disabled and prefer to be kind whenever possible. I’m not one to be taken for granted and to mistaken my kindness as weakness is a mistake that has not turned out well for this who have done that. I do not except being anyone’s doormat or to being treated as less then. I do not treat people that way. And have done nothing to justify ring treated in such ways! To often get his type of thing happens and folks are busy and have many responsibilities to take care of and do not have the time to deal with these things like they may wish they could. And it’s just not worth the time over that small amount of money. And for 50 plus’s years that was me! But I have time today. And tomorrow and the next day! And feel the need to hold them accountable for the agreement I entered in good faith with them! I have done and continue to do my part. However there is a point when it changes from what’s been honestly earned and not paid. To a civil liability claim with damages and all the extra time and effort that one has to invest to get what’s owed and at that point things can get very expensive as well as have debilitating consequences on a small business especially. I obviously do not wish for things to get to that extreme! As in many cases they just file bankruptcy and that’s the end of that. Except for one thing positive they are exposed and out of business meaning they are not able to continue deceiving people! And if they can’t even manage to communicate at this point let alone pay what they owe! Then why is the platform open for anyone to join up and start investing their time! It would be in their best interest to stop letting that happen! At least until the hey caught up!

Absolutely shocking went on to play a few games this went alright now forbidden 403 error I don't know what else to do I'm sick and tired of trying to get in contact with no response app hasn't had a update in the good part of 8 months it's taken me about half a year to get to 50.30 now looks like that's gone down the drain and they plug this in ads is absolutely ridiculous they either need to improve it or just shut it down if there not going to fix it
I downloaded bingo blitz as who doesn't love bingo. I love a challenge. No problems with the tracking at all until I hit Seychelles no reward so sent screenshots of completed tasks. Then Copenhagen still no reward for Seychelles and now Copenhagen. Finished Fiji last night still no rewards for the previous two and now Fiji so screenshot proof id completed as don't sleep so cracked on getting all tasks done. Was about to pop it into an email. To see a message from Testerup stating scam detected. Never heard such a load of rubbish in my life. They owe Me £199.20 Account still open but they said I can't and won't be able to continue with bingo blitz so I'm not entitled to earn from that app. After several emails back and forth and screenshot. I'm happy to say I've received an email stating they have reimbursed me the £199.20. Just remember it pays to fight your case.
My first game tracked fine, my second game which I installed using the link provided. The same as the previous game, has not tracked any of my progress dispute sinking hours! Into the game to progress and making 5 in app purchases. I contacted their support team hoping for an easy resolve, only to be told they have determined I did not install the app using the download link provided or I have played it previously so I’m not entitled to any of the rewards that I have spent hours chasing. This is an absolute joke as I installed the game Bingo Blitz, using the EXACT same method to install, clicking the download link provided in their app, as I did with the previous game which tracked fine! I have also not played it previously as they have stated as bingo games are not my cup of tea. I feel incredibly let down and they have not fulfilled their promise, I am happy to provide proof of everything I have stated above. Use at your own risk. You may not get your money even if you have done absolutely everything required like I have.
I’m so upset . I’ve been giving my life playing royal match.. everyday all day for about 3 weeks . I’ve made it to level 505 only to find out by tracking has stopped being tracked at the aqua level which is about the 4th tracking level. 🤦🏾♂️

I still play some of the games I've downloaded. The thing is, I have yet to receive any payment even after emailing my account information. Payments for PayPal is cool but customers should be able to collect their earnings in multiple ways. I'm Still waiting.......
They sucked ass, 70$+ limit is crazy if I needed money now I need it now. Like what the heck. Also their support system sucks I contacted them for help with missing rewards. They wouldn't help me.. they are stupid
I was loyal to this app and have played games through it for around a year. I contacted their support team (which I have never heard back from) and after doing so they have taken away all of my games and offers. If you ask for ANY help from them, they will take your account away from you. Unfortunately, I found other reviews that said the same after I encountered this issue. Such a shame.
Customer support is so poor. They only want you to send once and never answer in the 72 hours. Instead of advertising on tv sort your customers you have.

I knew I wasn’t going to earn much on Testerup but every little helps. I’ve been on this site for about a year and received payouts when requested but now there seems to be a problem. My current game Merge Studio hasn’t been acknowledged by Testerup as being installed. Have contacted support 4 times over a week but haven’t had a reply. To add to this, my Home Screen now only offers 2 available games (and one is a non-paying survey) when usually there are around 10. I’m reluctant to close the account yet as I have £50 earned and can’t withdraw it as it is below the £70 limit. If I had my time again, I’d have swiped left.
I was able to cash out on a previous game, that’s the only reason I gave 2 stars. My progress has not been updating, I’ve contacted them 4 times and waited 72 hrs each time and get no response. They owe me $26.30 from one game and because they won’t reply I can’t get my money and can’t delete the game if they do decide to pay. I don’t recommend.
