Over a week from being ordered to finding out my parcel was lost in transit, very, very annoying

My top arrived promptly and in good condition. I'm very pleased with my purchase

On the website, I found it impossible to change orders, or change the returns arrangements once the button has been pressed. The website is unhelpful, returning to the same place and going nowhere when asking for help. After emailing customer services they replied fairly quickly, confirming there was no way of changing things once they were in the system. However, staff in the shops were very helpful once I managed to take the item back during the returns process.

Ordering and receiving all went smoothly and the jacket is just as described and excellent quality.

Delivery wasn’t quick enough and item came with catches and creases in arms as though it had been worn and returned. I returned for a full refund.

Paid extra to get next day delivery and the item didn’t arrive until 2 days later

Ordered 2 tops online in a large 40-42. Same size as we'd buy from M&S. These tops looked great BUT incredibly tight fitting on arms and body. Had to return. Disappointed.

Very quick delivery however 3 T shirts ordered all the same size but they all fit differently with two being too small.
