Quality item, speedy delivery.

Dropped one star as item ordered was not delivered as no longer in stock which was disappointing. I was not notified and had to contact customer services who did respond promptly with an apology and refund issued. The rest of my order was delivered promptly and great quality

Great brand

Good shop, nice people

We love Superdry and their products are always high quality. We ordered directly online. Returns system was good and we got a code so we could return free. This was because the item we received was not what we ordered - the logo was different. This was a key factor for my daughter so it had to be returned. Unfortunately, although return and refund were quick, they have yet to contact us regarding this although we have had an email to say they will. Fingers crossed!!! Would normally be 5 stars but in this case 3!

Almost all clothes ordered stylish and fit well apart from one polo ordered as large which must have been mislabeled as large. Too small for me ( although I am a large) but fits my son so will keep.

I’m very satisfied with the product. It’s excellent quality and exactly what I expected. I find it much easier to buy online. You can always find many offers, and if the product you want isn’t in stock, you can reserve it and receive an email notification. You’ll also get updates on new products. It’s a very easy and convenient way to shop. I’m completely satisfied and will continue shopping with you.

Love Superdry. Really well made clothes, great designs and colours. I love the music in the shop.
