Great experience. Very easy to navigate website. Product fantastic. The only downside to the Product is it arrived with the alarm still attached to it. As we both have full time jobs we are finding it difficult to get to a superdry store. I have spoken to a store and they want to see proof of purchase before they even consider removing the alarm. I find it hard to believe that the item wasn't checked before it was sent out. If it was checked the alarm would have been removed. So the coat is no use nor ornament as it can't be warn due to the alarm being present.

Clothes are excellent and I buy from here a lot. Spent a good Hour in store but not a single member of staff approached me. They weren’t really interested in helping. Shame really as I spent £500 and would expect some sort of staff interaction

I got an email (and this one) saying that I had ordered something and I didn’t!

I did have a problem with the courier leaving the parcel outside my home whilst I was out, when I got home the parcel wasn’t there, problem was resolved with no hassle, member of your staff helped me and was very helpful

Sizing is on the small side, I sized up as I was not sure but it was still too tight. You also have to pay to return the garment. Won’t be ordering again. Communication re returns and refunds as yet there has been none a week after I made the return.

Three tops bought & two came with holes in! Multiple holes! Looked like they had been nibbled on very poor quality, wouldn't purchase again from Superdry

I have visited to the store in Kingston and tried a cargo short. 32 has fitted but I was not sure at that time however afterwards I have decided to buy it and ordered the size I had tried online. Unfortunately, although all two shorts were same size, at least on their labels, they were not same in real. As I tried it at the store I didn’t try it at home again before have cut the labels. Then I visited store again and saw that some of them (same size shorts) are loose some of them are tight. In conclusion I bought it again and now I have two 32 size shorts one of them fitted one of them not. ;))

I ordered two pairs of shorts. Same shorts, same size but two different colours. One pair fitted perfectly, the other a little big.? It was very disappointing. I’ve had to return one for a refund.

The courier company you use evri are useless I asked for my parcel to be delivered to a local locker,when they delivered my parcel to the locker they said there was a problem with the locker and would try the next day.they didn’t they returned my parcel to SUPERDRY so didn’t end up getting my parcel

Always seems to be someone on hand to help which is often not the case, for instance Next is very understaffed and non service orientated.
