Was very easy to book on here.

I booked a hotel room through them. The hotel said their payment was declined. I used another site to get a room. That was on 6/23/25. It is July 15 and I still am told I cannot get a refund. First I was a no show. When I proved that was incorrect, they said it was because I filed a complaint with PayPal. PayPal incorrectly classified my claim as not as described. I could not get them to change it to never received item so, of course, it was denied. I tried super.com again and was told no refunds. When I argued that it's not a refund since I paid for something I never received, then the reason became because I filed the dispute with PayPal. When i proceed that the claim was denied, then it was they didn't have authorization to give a refund and no one who could was avail. They will call me. I never got a call. If you like giving your money away, by all means use this site. If you want to get what you paid for, then I suggest you stay away.

The discount that brought me to their website was nice. I wasn't real happy with all the pop-ups and misleading checkout process where they tried to sell me on their $15/mo subscription over and over. Several times they hid the button that would allow me to checkout without signing up for their free trial.

I booked a hotel through Super, our plans changed and I cancelled within the cancellation time frame. refund was done a few days later. I checked my credit card statement and I have a $15 charge a few days after I cancelled. I called, (On hold for 40 mins) I had to hang up. I tried the 24/7 chat, I get an Error, something went wrong and to check back later. Eventually weeks later I get a hold of someone and I was enrolled in their membership which is automatic when you book a room through them. I was told membership fees are non refundable but I never signed up for membership. Now to try and dispute it with the credit card co. Do Not Use this Company.

I thought I booked a fully refundable hotel stay. I think I even paid “to upgrade” . When I tried to cancel and get my refund it turns out I had to have an eligible reason. If I had realized at booking that it wasn’t cancel for any reason I wouldn’t have booked the hotel. Customer service was very unhelpful and didn’t even try.

My reservation never got to the management company and they said I was a no show even though I contacted both when I arrived. I emailed them multiple times and chats with them. They suck and do not use them

I’ve only used this once and got a fabulous deal on a hotel in Colorado so now I’m gonna see what else I can do

Super.com is a joke, looked for a hotel in Burlington North Dakota , booked it and got confirmation for Burlington Ontario. Asked for a refund and was told too bad for me. I will never use this site again,

i just call the CS they refused to refund the super+ membership fee USD 15 they charged me twice. the CS guy Lincoln proudly said the membership fee is not refundable and when you agree to the terms and conditions in the hotel booking, you agree to join the super+ membership! so the way they make money is to price is a bit cheaper than other website then charge you super+ membership fee month after month. all other short good reviews must be done by robot, don't believe in these reviews! Super scam!!!
