Super.com is not trust worthy. I book the hotel and upon reaching at midnight marriot cacncelled the booking and mentioning that they have inform super.com 2 days back to inform customer but team super.com did not inform and we need to find another hotel at last minute by spending 3 times more money. Very careful with booking and double check with hotel before travelling. To get my refund after booking cancellation i spent 2 hours of chat to get my money back. At least they refunded withoout making issues. 1 star for refunding money else horrible experience.

No ventilation in the bathrooms and the rooms seemed small, not much room to move around. Front desk lady was cool peeps though. Just looks in need of a refresher and a good carpet cleaning in the halls

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND CORRUPT!!! Non refundable what so ever! Never stayed at the hotel that I paid $160 for, never was in touch with the hotel, lost my conformation with the hotel, and was told a different time to check in. I’m am DISGUSTED with this website and the fact people are getting ripped off every single day. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!! I will take this to court, you’re not taking my hard earned money that I wanted to spend on a little vacation from home. Beyond pissed with this site and customer service!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I booked a hotel through Super.com on July 6, 2025, for a stay on July 15, 2025. Despite having a confirmed booking from Super.com, when I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of my reservation. I contacted Super.com multiple times before my check-in date to confirm my reservation, but they failed to provide any clear updates or solutions. On the day of check-in, I was left stranded at the airport with no hotel room and had to book another hotel at my own expense. Super.com’s delayed communication, lack of support, and failure to guarantee reservations—even when booked more than a week in advance—caused me significant stress, inconvenience, and unexpected costs. I strongly advise caution when booking with Super.com and recommend using more reliable platforms such as Booking.com or Expedia to avoid this kind of problem.
