I ordered a stuffed peanut butter Nutella cookie. The picture on the website showed a cookie that was topped with between 45 and 50 Reese‘s pieces or similar type candy. The product was delivered in a small box with that same picture on it. Beautiful presentation. I was super disappointed to open the box and discover that rather than it being topped with 45 to 50 candies, it was literally topped with about four or five. I took a picture of the box with the cookie itself alongside it. I wish I could post the picture to show. The cookie itself tasted great, but super disappointed in the misleading pictures and missing candy pieces.

Got my Mother's Day gift. It looks delicious loved the packaging. Excellent job! Can't wait to try my choices.

Purchase a large size sugar wish for my mom for mother's Day, she was supposed to have 6 categories to choose from, when she redeemed her "card" to make a selection, there was only one category to select from and she was only able to select one item which was a candle. If I knew she was only going to get one candle for $60+ I would of gone to bath and body works and got here 5 candles for the same price. What a joke this place is and I will make sure all my friends and family know so they do not get caught in the same trap.

This is an excellent gift idea! It is so fun to recieve in an email! What a surprise... THEN it arrives! Its like getting gifted twice. The wine, the cookies, brownies are all excellent. I have just sent a candy and snack out to teachers for Teacher's Appreciation. All this - on top of customer service TOP NOTCH.... What a great company to do business with! Customer for Life!

Sugarwish customer service is wonderful. Quick to respond and very helpful. The company is also very generous - has repeatedly supported our elementary school PTA events. The products are high quality and delicious.

These are the best cookies I've ever had!

Someone bought me a gift through Sugarwish for brownies but I don't really like them. Sugarwish refused to let me change the purchase to something else.

I received the iced cookies from Sugar Wish the cookie was soft but the icing was hard as a rock and didn’t taste fresh at all. Would prefer Cheryl’s cookies over these any day.

More packaging than cookies

Cookies are dried out and terrible. I feel like we were punked. $80 worth of cookies.

I received my cookies in 6 days. They were stale and even the microwave couldn’t revive them. (According to the instructions) The please eat within 5 days is a joke when they’re stale on receipt. I’m very disappointed.

Working with Sugarwish has been an absolutely fantastic experience. The product is high quality, the presentation is beautiful, and the customer service is excellent. I used their services to send gifts to my team members, and it was worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Company gifted us Sugarwish for the holidays two weeks before Christmas. It's my first time using it so I thought the business was a clever & cool idea-was excited to try it out & picked 2 different cookie flavors to have delivered. Got my confirmation email after placing the order, but no tracking information. Christmas comes & goes and still nothing so I reach out to support. After some 'please wait a few more days in case the tracking information is sent' nonsense they finally say 'we're sorry but one of the flavors you picked is on backorder, so we need you to pick another one & reprocess your whole order.' All right, it's the holidays so they're busy & probably in high demand, I'll give them another shot. So I pick two other flavors & reprocess like they ask... And again I get a confirmation but no tracking. It takes yet another email & almost a week of waiting before I get a tracking number for these two(2) cookies. The cookies have arrived today (January 11)! And they are... not the flavors I picked on either the first nor second order, and they're stale and taste pretty bad. They look & taste like they were purchased at the local grocer, repacked into individual plastics, and then shipped out in fancy Sugarwish boxes. Would not recommend to friends or enemies. Sorry, not sorry.

The company that I work for, has given us Sugarwish gifts for the last three years, for up to $50. The first year I ordered the cookies, which were stale. You can also see many other reviews stating the same. Last year I chose the wine option, which allowed me to pick two bottles of wine, and honestly I cannot remember if they were good or bad. This year I chose the wine again, however, I was only able to chose ONE bottle instead of two. When I looked up the wine, it shows it is selling for $15, and it only scores an 86, along with a terrible description on the taste. I personally think that this company is a huge ripoff, and next year will recommend that my company just give us a $50 Amazon gift card, at least, then I can get something worth the money.

UPDATE 2/6/25 I complained to Sugar Wish and they apologized and offered me a consolation gift. I chose a gardenia soy wax candle - this option is available with their $47 gift offer that I originally received as a holiday gift from someone. Again, the delivery is advertised within 7 days and was delayed by nearly 1 week. The 16oz candle is from Penn and Beech and sells for $36 on their website. Gardenia candles are a favorite of mine and I have bought them from many different vendors using a variety of wax types and scent sources. I would not ever recommend this candle as its scent has a slight, chemical aspect. The company does not list ingredients or their sources. So, even though Sugarwish did the right thing by offering to cure my offense, my disappointment continues. I would not recommend this company because of their product offerings. ----------- After waiting for over 2 weeks for a Sugarwish Medium Wine Tasting for $47 that was given as a gift (NOTE: Unless you KNOW what kind of wine someone likes, do NOT buy them wine - give them a gift certificate to their wine merchant), this TINY box arrives by UPS with TINY, screwtop bottles of wine (that I would never have chosen but I had to pick something to honor this "gift.") What a rip-off! For $47, I could hvae purchased 3 bottles of good wines that I like via my wine club where I get discounts on purchases! If you waste your time on this, KNOW that the receiver is going to be very, very disappointed. And the wines are absolutely revolting...

I ordered the cookies three weeks ago. And I just received my cookies today 1.8.2025. I had the M&M Snickerdoodle and it was bad. Snickerdoodle should be light in color too but was very dark like over baked. Tasted it and was like eating a bowl of sugar by itself and also tasted like it had raisins in it which I can't stand raisins and stale tasting. I had to throw it out! Pretty disappointing for such an expensive cookie and not good simple ingredients. I was looking forward to get the cookies and thought was going to be really good but nope....definitely will not recommend it others Very disappointing! :' (

Got a gift card. Placed the order 3 days before Christmas, and got it on Jan 5. What's a joke. Not to mention the high cost. You are kidding me, for $50s?!. Yeah, the package was good, with content worth $10?
