Great experience as first-time landlords
Our experience of renting out our flat for the first time with Streets Ahead has been a really pleasant surprise. Nick, Emma and Gemma listened to us as landlords, have been extremely responsive to our questions and demands, and helped us find great tenants quickly. Can't ask for much more than that!

2 holding deposits taken per house. Renters Beware!
Would advise renters to avoid if possible, despite it not being allowed they take 2 holding deposits, draft tenancies and references for the same property. Communication was good up until they had my money then they were absolutely awful and weren't straightforward. I was reassured that as I had paid the holding deposit, signed the draft tenancy and passed the referencing the property would be mine to move in into so giving notice to my current landlord made sense...to then being told there were 2 of us that paid the same money and this was standard practice for them as its not illegal so I shouldn't have given notice. The actual staff are polite enough when you actually speak to them but their integrity and actions are awful and immoral.
