My wife and I had a great experience moving into our new property, thanks to the process of searching for it and negotiating with Adem. Following up with Enzo with the viewing until I moved in was easy for us. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this home, as we really needed this space.

POOR COMMUNICATION
Had a two hour journey to attend an 1130 appointment with Streets Ahead with a view to sell a property, No one showed up. No answer from the office when I rang to find out what was going on. I was contacted around an hour and a half after the appointment to inform me the agent was sick and would not be attending. Very poor communication, if an appointment cannot be met I expect the company to inform me in good time. Not a good experience and a wasted day for me. Guess who I wont be using to sell my house!

If I’m going to rent again in the future I will not hesitate to use Streets Ahead just because of Katraielle Grant (the best negotiator) She’s beautiful inside out, very helpful, brilliant and knowledgeable in her field of work. She went to the extra mile to get me my next home and I will not take it for granted. Streets Ahead please keep hold of her because she’s the best. Troubling landlord. Amazing agent
I must say, Katraielle Grant has been amazing. My Fiance and I needed a place to stay after our wedding. We found our ideal location on rightmove and immediately received a response about a viewing. Katraielle has helped us out immensely. It hasn't been a full week and here I am picking up the keys tomorrow. I have been informed and kept in the loop throughout the process. No complaints about the process.
