I like the fact that to company was helpful in matching my request to all available apartment, and viewing booking was prompt and impressive. However, the documentation Request,review and feedback process should be improved to cut down the time to ensure faster closure. In my experience, it appears unending. I found the staff at Streets Ahead Purley to be professional, helpful and really experienced when I approached them looking for a rental property. They kept me up to date on the progress and were knowledgeable about the local area. The moving in box they gave me was a real personal touch and made us feel really valued during what is usually a stressful time. Ben, Natalie and Kristen at the branch were always keen to help and support me through the moving in process.
