Deserves 1* but Illianna was amazing
Firstly I would like to say Illianna was amazing, professionally really understanding in my journey…but I can’t say the same for her team. I picked up keys from the office today, for my “first property” & had a really poor reception from the lower addiscombe team. 2 out of 3 staff, didn’t even congratulate me (1 did, but felt forced) Would not use them again, left feeling really confused & not excited at all!
