My wife and I had a great experience moving into our new property, thanks to the process of searching for it and negotiating with Adem. Following up with Enzo with the viewing until I moved in was easy for us. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this home, as we really needed this space.

Excellent Support During Our Move

Great customer service. The agent assigned to us (Lanaya by name) to take us through the process of renting this property - from viewing the property through the collection of the keys - was very helpful and professional. The overall experience was great. I will strongly recommend this company.

Excellent Service from Natalie and the Streets Ahead Croydon Team!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Natalie and her fantastic team at the Streets Ahead Croydon office, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Natalie is incredibly professional, yet also wonderfully relaxed and direct, making the entire lettings process clear and straightforward. Her team, including George and Zoe, were absolutely lovely to work with. They were always responsive and patiently answered all of our questions, no matter how small. It was a huge help that they also have a strong network of reliable tradesmen, which really helped us get our property onto the market quickly and efficiently. Overall, a truly seamless and positive experience. Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional

We were informed just one day before moving in that the property had unresolved electrical safety issues and that our move-in had to be postponed. This was extremely unprofessional, especially considering that we had already provided all references, signed the rental agreement, and paid the holding deposit.After few days, we were informed that property is no longer available. We have since learned that others have had similar experiences with this property, which is concerning. In the future, please ensure that all necessary checks and documentation are completed well in advance of the agreed move-in date to avoid wasting tenants’ time and causing unnecessary stress.

Bad Bad Bad

The tenant has given notice, and I've finally decided not to renew my agreement with Streets Ahead, anticipating the problems I'd face getting my property back. And so it has been. After 3 weeks the tenant moved out, despite repeatedly requesting timeline details from the property manager and receiving no response, and after asking for the inventory check-out report and receiving it two weeks late, I still haven't been able to get information on when to collect the keys or the parking pass (which I hope hasn't been lost, and about which I've received no information despite asking). I also haven't been told when I'll receive the final payment, which is already two weeks overdue, or who is responsible for the cleaning costs mentioned in the inventory check-out report, considering the house was clean when it was rented out. These delays prevent me from getting access to my flat and putting the property in the hands of another letting agency, leading to lost income and additional expenses for me. I question whether such negligence on the part of Streets Ahead is due to incompetence or deliberate malice.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. After signing the tenancy agreement, completing referencing, paying the deposit, and receiving verbal and written confirmation of a move-in date, I was informed just one day before moving that there was an issue with the property. Despite repeatedly checking in throughout the week, I received no updates. My wife and I had already packed, taken time off work, and even removed our names from our previous accommodation. The lack of communication, last-minute cancellation, and poor handling of the situation caused significant stress and inconvenience. I would advise others to be cautious and ensure they receive a fully signed contract and clear confirmation before making any commitments.
