I can say they are good in support. They provide information about any updates or changes. Also, I get responses much faster compared to other sites. I really appreciate them for responding quickly.
I contacted the support team a few times and every time they were polite and helpful. Even if it wasn’t solved instantly, they always got back to me and didn’t brush me off. Support is super important in this kind of work because technical issues happen. Especially when I didn’t understand my order status, they explained everything clearly.
Being able to track order stats is important to me, and this panel makes that really easy. You can clearly see when an order started, how much has been delivered, everything is transparent. Especially during busy times, it’s a relief to keep things under control. I used to manually check each order before, but now I just follow it from the panel and it saves me a lot of time.
It's a great platform, very easy to use, they know very well what they're doing.
Wait n see... I really have high hopes for the Spotify Panel for my career in the world of music. I hope the service is cheapest, more cheap n real service forever...
Attention, ce service est dangereux. Spotify considerera tout cela comme streaming artificiel, substraiera les streams ainsi comptabilisés et enlevera les musiques de ses services. NE JAMAIS UTILISER STREAMING MAFIA.
Used them before in a good way! But since November, all my songs I promoted with them got deleted and Spotify told me that this website is fully not organic and a big scam. You have been warned! Just use them if you like to be removed by Spotify
Their customer service is non-existent! They provide streams for regions that you did not select, they then send you on a wild goose chase to submit "proof" of THEIR wrong doing and STILLLLL they refuse to refund you your money or correct the wrong! When it works it works, but then they FQ things up royally and you cannot for the life of everything that is sacred file a complaint!!! FQNG a**h****!!!
Fast responsive support team
good service
