No one replies. Already emailed info and customer services email nearly two weeks ago. I never got my certificate from 2011 and this is a matter of urgency. Please reply.

Extremely disappointed with their system.I ended up my course earlier and made a payment to clear my debt and gain my certificate but after clearing the whole amount around £500 a week later the direct debit being taken from account.I call them and they refused and then I explained that I have bank transactions of the payment.They forward to other company and they refused about all that.They told me I have only £90 to pay to clear my debt and they have not received any payment. The strange thing is that both of them have refused to have any coordination.

I’m currently studying Access to HE Computing, GCSE Maths, and GCSE English with Stonebridge Associated Colleges, and my experience so far has been really positive. The staff, especially Andrew Stean (Access to HE Course Coordinator) and Catherine Deaville (Curriculum Lead for SEMS HE Diplomas), have been incredibly kind and supportive. What makes studying at Learndirect even better is how understanding they are of personal circumstances. Their support has made a huge difference, and to be honest, without their help, this journey would have been much more challenging. I truly appreciate their dedication and encouragement!
Terrible experience. Very stressful. Paid £1000 and have made a few complaints. Had to push for assignments to be marked. Lack of support. Still no certificate, 5 months after competing.despite 5 requests.
Worst customer experience. I have tried to complain numerous times throughout the duration of my course for multiple things that were flagging up with no success or acknowledgment. I completed all of my course content within approximately 3 months of signing up for it. I had to push to get my practical placement, I had to push to get assignments marked. I had no real support from said ‘tutor’. It was far from worth the £1000 I paid for it. Over a year AFTER submitting all of my paperwork and getting things signed off I have FINALLY received my certificate but absolutely not worth the energy put in to get to this point. Absolute shambles.
My experience was wonderful. My tutor, Jill Edwards, was encouraging and patient, which helped me give my best and complete the course. I strongly recommend the Operations Management Course, as it has really improved my job performance.
I've had a good experience with Stonebridge Associated Colleges (SAC). My tutors mark the assignments that I hand in quickly and I have had good feedback on what I'm doing right and this has put me in the right position - in terms of the quality of assignments to do better. Thank you for everything Stonebridge!
I paid for a Level 4 course a few years ago, which wasn't cheap whatsoever (over £200), and it was advertised that I would have lifetime access. I recently tried to log in with the same credentials and was unsuccessful, so contacted customer service. This is what they said: "Unfortunately, I need to inform you that your course is now considered outdated. As per our policy, courses typically expire after two years, and your course has passed this period. As a result, it can no longer be continued at this point. To proceed, you will need to re-enrol in the course." (meaning I have to pay again if I want to re-enrol). So, in essence, they sold a lie of lifelong access and pocketed the money. I am not someone who posts negative reviews but I had to warn others to avoid this provider.

After nervously submitting my first assignment for my Pharmacology - Introduction Level 2 course i expected a bit of a wait to hear back ...i was wrong! my nerves and anxiousness were dissolved in an instant and not only was the feedback from my tutor Hilary Clark super prompt it was so encouraging and gave me such a boost in confidence! to those wondering i passed ha! it made me want to quickly get on with my next assignment - soon to be submitted THANKYOU Hilary and Stonebridge! Well I will take back some of the comments I recently said about Stonebridge as I received my final Certificate today (Diploma) for Journalism so I’m chuffed at that and I was just over anxious about it. I applaud them for remedying the situation.
I have finally come to the end of my Advanced security Management course,a memorable journey with satisfying support from my Tutor Jill Edwards. Jill you're a Star you guidance and encouragement made me do more than I expected thank you so very much.

Still waiting... I successfully studied with Stonebridge and completed the course I was on. The tutors were fantastic and the communication was also fine. The problems arose when my work was submitted and needed marking. I was initially told it would take 12 weeks. After this time I was still waiting and after several unsuccessful email's I was told that the time frame was 12- 16 weeks. I communicated to them the importance of me having my certificate as I required it for my employers. Stonebridge then sent me an email with a letter attached to say that I had completed the work and I was awaiting marking, this obviously was not accepted by my employers. Fast forward to today and having followed the company's complaint procedure it is now 17 weeks and I am still no further forward. I have now began the process of reporting them to an independent complaints panel. Do not waste your money or your time.
