Awful experience dealing with Stone Bridge today - i am trying to gain financial information regarding my account. I called up on the 9th and was told they would look into it and call me back, no call back. So i have called today.. 1hr and 15mins on the phone on hold, as i am typing this review. Ive tried live chat and they are about as much use as a chocolate teapot. They have said oh try this and try that and i explain explored all these avenues to no avail.. So as of yet, i have not resolved my issue and it is a very time sensitive one.

So far I've had a great experience with the support offered by Stonebridge academy. My tutor, Kaye Leeming is very reliable on providing helpful advice, information and useful resources when I'm in need of them. As well as friendly. The website is easy to navigate and to access customer service from. In my experience, I receive support quickly after requesting for it. I'm very grateful for my experience so far and I believe I can get the best out of it.
Very pleased with my experience and my assessor Sally.
I have successfully passed my final assignment for A-level English language. Now I'm feeling confident enough to write anything. I enjoyed this year; the course material was very informative and knowledgeable, especially since I have had the chance to study the English language. Moreover, I have improved my writing capability, and I am very happy with this course. Finally, I would like to express my gratitude to my tutor, Dave Anderson, who has provided flexible support throughout this year.
Assignments were marked very promptly. Disappointing that no marks or grades were provided, just a 'PASS' - but the comments / feedback for each assignment were encouraging. Coursework was ok as a base-line but I did find some info out of date & didn't provide latest UK Gov advice / info. I preferred to research more independently as I found a lot of the course content very biased, and some was quite badly written. n module 2 course material about protein requirements I see that UK Government sources aren't quoted, The National Academy of Sciences Food and Nutrition Board isn't UK it's a US reference, not UK. Furthermore, the details quoted are at odds with the info Published by public Health England. Examples of concerns I emailed about (but didn't receive responses) :- 1) Introduction & Aims of course - can this be provided ? 2) General advice about completing the course - what is required - is it the same as A'level - reading around the subject - are the course notes merely guidance. (this is information which is critical to the scoring of assignments) 3) Course material - outdated and therefore I want to be sure I'm learning upto date info (see above point) at the beginning of the 2nd module it says: - 'almost 40 years ago, in 1954...' meaning the course material is from the early 90s. On the whole I really enjoyed the course & used the content as a learning guide. I also appreciated that I wasn't confined to completing the course within a set time frame. It would have been great to receive some tips on appropriate client record keeping, salient questions etc guidance on going forwards utilising the qualification. No mention was made of record keeping or even obtaining appropriate insurance if working as an independent consultant. Remiss not to IMO.
Karina Traynor who is a tutor/assessor at Stonebridge college whom I found to be very supportive had made good judgement on my assessment. It was a great experience to be given an in depth commentary on my work, this tutor clearly takes an interest in her students work which was me in this case and I felt she wanted me to succeed.
This module helped me a lot to understand the impact that diabetes has on patients, very well written and easy to understand
Really helpful easy to talk to. Able to answer all my questions fully.
Dear Amanda Bradshaw, Thank you again for marking my assignment Unit 18. It has been a wonderful experience to follow your direction and be able to resubmit my assignment. Harvard referencing has been a challenge at some point. I will try to follow the direction for the three remaining units. Once again, thank you for your constructive feedback. You deserve the five stars and I wish you all the best in your tutoring.
I found Sara Elston feedback on my assignment, very informative. Her guidance enabled me to adjust my assignment to achieve a pass, which has enabled me to progress to my next unit of study. Thankyou Sara.
Very friendly and helpful and quick. Assisted me to sign on for 2 more courses. Whole process was seamless. Thank you.
The support I had from my tutor was fantastic!! I really appreciate her hugely helpful advice and comments throughout. Especially in the begin when Stonebridge hadn’t sent all the necessary paperwork to complete parts of the assignments. My tutor was able to obtain this promptly and pass it on, which was great thank you 😊
Customer support is really bad. I had to pay to reactivate my account but there was no tutor assign for course. I have to keep chasing them to sort out problem. When I ask for a refund they said no. So I paid for nothing basically
I just got FHP Diploma! I can recommend to anyone Stonebridge Colleges . My tutor Sara Elston was very supportive and helpful. Excellent staff!
Very structed, helpful staff and very quick to respond to your queries. thank you
I highly recommend this course! This course is perfect if you want to be a teaching assistant and has everything you need to know in an easy to read format. The course was well laid out, clear on what you had to do and very informative. It’s very easy to submit your work and I always received feedback within a week.
The course's material was assessable and understood. I completed my first project quickly and simply thanks to the clear instructions, and was given excellent feedback from my tutor Pauline Thompson.
Amazing support from my tutor throughout my course, always an email away if I needed help and very prompt at replying to messages. Thank you Sara Elston a fantastic tutor.
