I am currently taking the criminology course which I am throughly enjoying. It's so informative and so in-depth. Each assignment I have submitted has always been marked and back with feedback within a few days which is fantastic because it means I'm not sat biting my nails and I can then get on with the next assignment. I am not sure about other people's reviews on having an expire date on the home study courses. This is not the experience I have had. I had to take almost 2.5yrs away from my course because I had a spinal energy and had to learn to walk again, so as you can imagine, health took first priority for me. Now, I am back continuing my course with absolutely no issues, my assignments were marked quickly with great feedback from Jill Edwards. I am more than happy with Stonebridge Collage for home learning and so pleased to find after my health issues I could still access my course ans continue. I would absolutely recommend as a collage to learn from home.

I wish I could give a zero star, I signed up for Comptia A+ certification after Stonebridge had told me that the certification is included in the course package only to realise half way that I have to take a separate certification and I will have to pay for it myself, Stonebridge doesn’t do any of the IT courses themselves instead they use another course provider and Stonebridge course cost 3 times more than the 3 party provider which is ridiculous When I contacted them that I have started Uni and want to Switch course to something similar to what I’m doing in Uni, they refused switching my course and I got no refund claiming it’s past 14 days and I can’t change my course Robbing b*stards

Teaching assistant level 3 course, could not leave no stars or i would have very unhappy i have finished the course in September all 11units passed off i am now trying to get my certificate to prove my qualification but having no luck i have emailed and called Stonebridge and been fobbed off I was told my course was transferred to TQUK in November to get my certificate quicker after speaking to TQUK I find my course has not been passed over at all and told to get back in touch with Stonebridge about this still no response from Stonebridge. I have now requested a refund on the course as I don't see why I should pay for something if I cant get the qualification after finishing lets see if i get a response.

I am a student at Stonebridge Associated College. Really enjoying my course at the moment and I always get the assistance I require when needed from the tutors and customer support. In particular, Julie from customer support team was very helpful to me so thank you once again. 😊

The communication with the tutor has been excellent throughout the first module of the Foot Health Practitioner course. I received feedback for my first assignment within 48 hours of submitting it and, based on a bad experience with a previous provider, my confidence has been renewed and I am excited to begin the next module!

Did not provide the course they said they would as they do not tell you that you have to pass a number of assignments before you can even start your course and then state if you fail any assignment twice you cannot continue.. Locked me out of my account so was unable to contact them about payments. Lockdown happened so no payments as I was not working! Sent to debt collection to which I have been paying off monthly in small amounts now in the middle of a cost of living crisis they are taking me to court as they are not getting their money quick enough! Selfish and no understanding of peoples personal situations at all or the impact in their mental health!! stay clear!

i have only finished my first assignment so far, I have found this informative and have enjoyed completing, i want to thank Jill Edwards for my feedback and encouragement and am looking forward to starting my next assessment

I completed my Level 3 qualification, in September 2021. After numerous live chats and chasing I still do not have my certificate. Now been told that the criteria has changed and all the hard work I have done may not be enough! Still waiting for notification from a tutor. This is not good enough!
